THIS IS A BRAND NEW TO MARKET SPECIAL RATE FOR LAST MINUTE ARRIVALS. ANY STAY OF LESS THAN 7 NIGHTS WILL PAY a departure clean. Cleaning fee will be determined by how many bedrooms and bathrooms are use as we will consider rental property less than all 5 bedrooms and all 4 bathrooms.

The person we mainly dealth with was name Barbara she was all together lovely. Our first approach to the Resort was not so good. We were met by a mature lady at the gaurdhouse who was more like a Border Guard very militant, every encounter with her was rude and very off-putting. The house itself was satisfactory but compared to our 30+ years of renting during vacation this residence and its facilities were very underwhelming. For instance no salt and pepper or dish detergent, the bare minimum of household basics, no Kerig Machine, Slow Cooker etc. The overhead fans were filthy, the sheer/curtains were dryrot in places, cobwebs on the chandelier in the dining room, the ice despenser was unusable because of residue. What looked like human feces on the back of the downstairs bedroom door near the front entrance. Lots of small spiders out back on the patio table. No light in hot tub, no safety rails to step into pool or hot tub. We paid extra money to use these features but because of our age couldn't use them without rails we are Seniors! Overall quite disappointed!

"Agnes, sorry that your stay didn't meet expectations..... BUT YOU REVIEWED THE WRONG HOUSE AND WRONG MANAGER!!!! We offered our services but you declined YOU DID NOT STAY AT THIS PROPERTY, NOR DO WE HAVE ANY KNOWLEDGE OF WHO BARBARA IS. If the house you stayed in deserved a negative review, then it deserved your time and effort to write one. Unfortunately reviewing the wrong house doesn't alert those that should do better but it negatively impacts us. We take pride in our service/quality LARRY"
