The Kitchen has new Solid wood Cabinets with Granite counter tops.
The Master bedroom has double door leads to the pool area. Furnished with a Queen-size mattress, has a walk-in his/her closets, walk-in shower, and a large bathtub. All room has recess/tray ceilings with led lights.
On the other side of the house are two guest bedrooms. The first guest bedroom has a complete bedroom set with a queen-size bed. The second guest bedroom is furnished with two single beds that can converts into a king-size.
High speed WIFI internet is available throughout the property.
This Vacation home is situated minutes from beaches, shopping, golf, fishing, pickle ball. Full use of 2 cars garage also a space for RV/Boat parking.
Out of consideration for other guests with allergies,

The house was great and our host (Dave) was awesome. The house was clean inside and out and very comfortable. We were approximately 12 minutes to Manasota key beach where the beach bars and live daily music were excellent. There were lots of great restaurants around at a very close distance. If you are a golfer, there are 5 courses in Rotonda within 10 minutes. The Tampa Rays spring training park was within 15 minutes.We would rent this house again.

This home was in close proximity to many attractions. The neighborhood was quiet and great for taking a walk or biking. The home was well stocked with kitchen tools, towels and linens. Spacious and comfortable.

Great price and location. The property manager was very responsive to inquiries. The air conditioning and lighting was limited to pre-programmed settings. That was inconvenient.
