Our Home is Located just ten minutes from coastal beaches. ENJOY Basking in the sunshine and splashing in the clear blue Gulf waters at one of the several nearby beaches. Venice, Florida is the shark-tooth capital of the world, and many beachcombers find these hidden gems while strolling along the water's edge. Chairs, towels, umbrella, cooler ,sand toys and 2 bicycles are provided for you with this rental! Shamrock Park and Nature Center is A 10 minute BIKE RIDE from our location. Enjoy bike riding or walking on the trails going along the inter coastal waterway in Shamrock Park. Take a walk in the outdoor Nature Center and get educated on Florida's Native trees and foliage. Our home is in a Nature Preserve Bird Sanctuary. WALK TO the Audubon Rookery Bird Sanctuary and visit the beautiful native birds of Florida.
Our vacation home is close to shopping, dining, boating, fishing, hiking and golf. Downtown Venice, a palm tree lined village with quaint shops and many fine restaurants, is only a short 10 minute drive.
Enjoy our beautiful screened in lanai, sea shelled back yard surrounded by tropical trees and a beautiful 10 foot wide oak tree. Serenity is at our backdoor. Top bunk is a Single Bed, middle bunk is a Double Bed, bottom bunk is a Single Bed. Guest bedroom also has private bathroom that can be accessed through kitchen as well as guest bedroom. Our back room has a Queen Sofa Bed with 6 inch mattress. Three private places for sleeping quarters. Our kitchen has all the kitchen supplies needed. All linens and towels are included as well. Jan L.Fantastic 2B/2B home in South Venice close to our favorite beaches!
This rental property was recently upgraded and decorated to be comfy and with a beachy vibe. It was spotless clean and had everything you need to feel like you are home! The pictures they have posted here 100% represents all rooms and décor for this home. Comfortable and roomy TV and living area, master bed is VERY comfortable, each bedroom had its own bathroom, and kitchen was nicely appointed for our needs. The lanai and side patio area by the grill looked so inviting to enjoy some quiet outdoor time.We absolutely love this area of Florida for the many beaches that are well known for fossilized shark tooth hunting and easy access for great biking on the Legacy Trail!We had the pleasure of meeting Ada and Todd in March of 2023 when we were looking for a place to rent in this South Venice area and they welcomed us in to tour their home for our February and March 2024 rental! They are a wonderful honest couple and new we would enjoy staying in their home during our 2024 winter stay!So we were booked for Feb/March 2024 with multiple payments already submitted to them. Unfortunately we had to cancel our commitment to stay there this next winter, but I did want to come on here and leave a review for what I know we would have experienced! They were very easy and fair to work with. Within the terms of our contract to lease, we were eligible for a full refund of the funds already remitted to them. And we received it on a timely basis.We would not hesitate to book this home again in the future!

Hi Ada & Todd:Thank you so much for such a beautiful stay in your home. I felt comfortable as soon as I arrived. I love the pelican shutters, as well as the neighborhood. My cousins who also stayed with me loved the lovely accommodations. I find Venice is a small quaint town that is extremely popular. In downtown Venice, which is only 10 minutes away, you will find such lovely restaurants. My favorite is Cassariano which is down on Venice Avenue, across the street from the Daquari Deck. My other favorite is Lucarelli's which is located on 41 heading north from South Venice. We also took our bikes to the Legacy Trail which is definitely something you don't want to miss. We found this house was in a perfect spot. It's in the South Venice area on a quiet street and the house had everything we needed. Don't forget to stop at the Venice Creamery for ice cream after dinner at Cassariano's. Also, don't miss St. Armand's Circle. Try dining at Crabb & Finn which is amazing. Thank you both for such an amazing stay at your home. We had a wonderful vacation. We cannot wait to come again.

Evelene K.Venice Beach is awesome for Vacationing
I stayed at this cute beach house for 1 month. Loved the location. Lots of room. We were 2 couples when my sister and brother in law visited. It's an awesome location went to 7 different near by beaches. Boca grande was my favorite as well as manasota beach. The hosts were very responsive any time we needed them. The house had everything we needed. Including a nice barbecue grill and 2 nice bicycles.The location was amazing. Went for walks and bike rides at shamrock park often. It's was wonderful to find a park so nearby that you could walk the intercoastal waters at. Also went to the Audubon rookery bird sanctuary almost every night to see the new baby birds and listen to them chirping away. My husband and I will stay here again the location has so much access to close by beaches and just 2 miles to Walmart

Michael K.BEAUTIFUL, RELAXING HOME in a great part of Florida
We have never stayed in Venice before. Loved the proximity to the intercoastal, to Venice and to a variety of other cool places like Boca Grande, Manasota Key, Lemon Bay, etc. The house is clean and comfortable, the neighborhood is quaint and the proximity to so many cool sights is amazing. Loved our stay and recommend this rental for it's cleanliness, it's location, and the access to amenities and fun.
