2. Decadent King Bedroom Master Suite with walk in closets and en-suite bathroom including huge walk-in shower.
3. Master King Bedroom Suite with en-suite bathroom comprising shower over bathtub.
4. Beautifully Appointed Queen Bedroom with adjacent bathroom.
5. Star Wars Mission Control – 2 x Full Beds, sleeps up to 4.

As a part of our commitment to the community, the primary booker must be 25 years or older (we are unable to accommodate groups of primarily under 25 year old’s or those living in the local vicinity), however family groups with Children aged 0 -100 are welcome!
Fully equipped laundry and high speed free wi-fi are also included.
Linens, towels, and overnight/starter amenities will set you up before your first trip to restock the large Fridge and Freezer in this self-catering paradise.
Optional pool heat is available for $175 for the first 5 days including tax and $35 for additional days after this. Heating can be requested for any length of stay with $175 being the minimum payment and is usually required to be on for the duration of your stay. We recommend adding pool heat to your reservation during the winter and spring months. Booked at least 24 hours prior to arrival, there will be no activation fee. Where booked later than this or closer to arrival, an activation fee may apply.

A BBQ grill with a new propane tank can be rented for your use please ask for more information about grill options.

Windsor at Westside in Kissimmee, Florida is one of the newest Resort Community, located West of Highway 192. An upscale Luxury Gated Vacation Resort Home Community, the amenities are extraordinary. A 10,000 sq. ft. clubhouse includes a fitness center, Lazy River. Resort-style pool complete with a Winding Water Slide and Tiki Bar that serves drinks & has a tempting menu for poolside dining.

Multi-Purpose sports courts round out this fabulous amenity, along with a Sundry Shop so you never need to leave the resort! Windsor at Westside is manned gated community to ensure the safety for guests and homeowners.

The occupancy limit for this property applies 24 hours a day and only occupants listed on the agreement may attend the home and resort. All reservations require completion of an electronically signed rental agreement, agreeing to the conditions of the rental which includes that no parties are permitted at this home and the community operates quiet hours outside after 10PM.
ID is required to access the community.
Guests are required to provide identification after online booking in the form of an ‘ID selfie', confirm the names and ages of all adults who will be attending the property, verify payment method where bookings are made online, as well as completing a signed rental agreement. Child names (not ages) are also required for entrance into the community. This check-in / pre arrival information must be completed within 24 hours of placing the reservation or prior to arrival (which-ever is the sooner’).

The pool in this home can be heated on request and is an optional extra. It can be heated for a minimum of 5 consecutive days ($175 plus tax) and the cost for heat is $35 for each night plus tax. If during the course of your stay, you decide to purchase pool heat, then there is an additional charge to cover the cost of sending out a technician to activate the system which is $40.
