DINING ROOM & KITCHEN
The formal dining table sits 8pp and Kitchen bar stools sit for 4pp. The open floor plan offers plenty of sun light to the house and pool view from the dining room. Kitchen is fully equipped to prepare a gourmet meal.

LIVING ROOM
The living room features a contemporary wood trimmed wall with a sofa, a loveseat, an accent chair, a 60” TV with cable box. Relax and enjoy any movie or sport events here.

LOFT
The upstairs loft features a full sleeper sofa, cocktail table, 60” TV with cable box. There is also a 48” desk and chair for those work-at-home professionals.

GAME ROOM
The garage game room is refinished and become the perfect place for the kids. This air-conditioning room features a Pub table and two chairs, Foosball and Air Hockey.

LAUNDRY
There is a full-size washer and dryer, iron, iron boards, and plenty of pool towels.

STORAGE
The downstairs storage room has all the cleaning and child-friendly equipment you need, such as a vacuum cleaner, broom set, highchair, and playpen.

A starter kit will be provided before you need to restock at the local store.

POOL & SPA/HOT TUB
Enjoy and relax in the private pool & spa/hot tub, or sunbathing in the lounge chairs, or simply outdoor dining at the patio table.

POOL HEAT
•The pool and spa can be heated upon request. Heat is recommended during winter, early spring and during cooler weeks in summer.
•The spa will always operate at the same temperature as the pool, with the “spill over” spa waterfall feature circulating water between the two.
•Once the pool heat is paid for and activated, the spa will heat up to 104F degree which is higher than the max pool temperature.
•If you prefer a very hot “hot tub”, then pool heat is recommended year-round.
•Pool heat is $35/night for a minimum of 5 nights.
•When pool heat is booked within 24 hours of booking and at least 24 hours prior to arrival, there is no activation fee. When pool heat is booked later than or closer to arrival, an activation fee of $40 may apply.

BBQ GRILL
A BBA grill with propane tank can be delivered for your use for an additional fee. A grill is not included in the standard rental.

•Groups for parties or those largely consisting of those under 25s are not able to rent this home.
•Guests are required to confirm acceptance of the house rules/rental agreement and provide ID in the form of a Selfie prior to access being provided.
•We reserve the right to require all adult guests to provide identification. This must be completed within 24 hours of placing the reservation or prior to arrival (whichever is the sooner). When this is not completed, the booking is liable to cancelation without further notice or refund.
•The occupancy limit for this property applies 24 hours a day and all reservations require completion of an electronically signed rental agreement, agreeing to the conditions of the rental which includes that no parties are permitted at this home and any guests aged over 14 staying or visiting the home must be named on the rental agreement.
