Mark and Aline are great hosts. They respond fast and are very considerated. Our kids enjoyed the pool and at one time when water becomes a little chill they are very kind to turn on the heater very soon to let kids continue enjoying it. I would definitely recommend it to anyone.

If you are looking for a place in sunny Florida that is in close proximity to beaches amongst other activities this is the place to be. Big enough for an entire family of 8 -12 private pool/grill, you can’t go wrong. Really enjoy and Mark is very responsive.

Mark’s place was great. Ideal location with a lot of thoughtful touches. It can easily fit over 10 people. Beach chairs and umbrella were provided. The gas grill in the back worked well. We had fun using the pool table and ping pong table. The kitchen had everything you needed. We did have some difficulty warming up the pool but eventually figured it out. We stayed here in January which was a bit too cold to go for a swim in the evenings despite the heated pool but still got to enjoy it. There were some other minor issues around the house that I brought to Mark’s attention so it could be fixed for future guests. Other than that, we really enjoyed the home and would stay there again.

This is such a beautiful home. The 4-5 of us were very comfortable. Mark went above and beyond providing us with a very clean home along with nice little snacks as well. If you have any questions he normally responds within an hour if not sooner. I stayed labor day weekend and he was still very much available. The beach and boardwalk is down the road along with restaurants and a winn dixie located 2-3 mins away and a walmart 7 mins away. Tampa is located about 30-40 mins away depending where in tampa you would like to go, along with clearwater being a little closer. I would definitely recommend booking with Mark.

Mark's property was amazing and made for a wonderful weekend. The pool, the pool table and ping pong, the grill, etc. fantastic! We went to the beach and Mark had all the supplies available for our use including an umbrella, towels, chairs, and a wagon. I don't think there is a single thing we needed that wasn't already at the rental. The only thing that wasn't perfect was that the neighbors are very sensitive to noise. I was there with a group of friends, all in our mid-thirties, and the neighbors complained. Granted it was a Thursday night but we weren't having a party, just chatting and reminiscing about our younger years. I don't think this is negative, just something to be aware of when planning with your group. Again, Mark's place is fantastic and I wouldn't hesitate to book it again!

Wow wow WOW! Mark knows how to make a family feel at home. Upon arrival and opening the front door we saw a beautiful welcome with relaxing and tranquil music playing. The house was sparkly-clean, smelled fresh, and the welcome sign next to the door was the absolute sweetest touch.The pictures of this property back up the place very well and I selected ‘A bit better than expected’ just because the pictures did it so much justice. The neighborhood is extremely quiet and we didn’t even really see a neighbor, if you’re looking for something quaint this is the place for you.Not far from the beach at all, only about a 2 mile drive but staying at the house during rain proved to be much better. The pool was pleasantly warm when we jumped in.I highly recommend this place and will definitely be coming back in the near future

No need to buy coffee, creamer, cooking utensils, seasoning or pans. There's shampoo, conditoner, toothpaste, shower gel, and lots of towels! The pool is great. Backyard is private. Appliances are modern. Neighborhood is quiet a d safe. CVS 2 min away. Publix 5 min away. Beach 7 min away. Great host, responsive, answered all questions within minutes.

We had a great opportunity to stay at Marks house August 9-16- 2019.From the moment when we booked it and all all of our stay Mark was very attentive and very helpful to make sure we had everything and where comfortable!The house has 3 bedrooms.One master with private bathroom and shower other two rooms have double bed and bunk beds as well.There is one master bathroom as well with bathtub and shower .Also there was very beautiful living and dining room with big flat screen TV that you can watch movies and shows.Kitchen was very nice and big as we had most our breakfast and dinners at the house.We really enjoyed grilling dinners outside on a nice Weber grill.Also it was super nice to have a nice pool outside to get refreshed on hot days and evenings.Mark also had laundry in the garage so we washed beach towels and where able to dry up wet beach cloth. He also has a nice beach umbrella, chairs and some sand toys for kids to take to the beach and swim as well. We where very happy and would recommend this place!Thank you Mark for a nice Florida experience!

The house is amazing. It is in a great and quiet neighborhood. We loved the little touches such as the Keurig and the baskets in the bathroom. It is close to beaches and there even beach chairs at the house to use. I would definatley recommend and would stay here again.

We’ve traveled a lot and stayed in many places, and Mark’s place was among the best we’ve experienced. It is conveniently located 5 minutes from several major beaches.The keypad entry and exit lock is very user friendly. After an exhausting 10-hour drive, we walked through the door and into a welcoming ambience. The TV was on with soothing instrumental music playing. Below the TV glowed a digital fireplace light. Mini packages of chips lay on the table. The house was well kept and spotless.There was a side-by-side fridge with an ice dispenser and filtered water system. We drink lots of ice water, so this was nice to have at our fingertips instead of our having to buy ice & bottled water. The kitchen is furnished with all the conveniences of home: range oven, coffee pot & coffee, dishwasher, plates, glasses, coffee mugs, silverware, a full spice rack, etc.The backyard is huge and fully fenced, complete with a gas grill and a screened in swimming pool. It isn’t some dinky wading pool, either. It goes up to 6 feet deep with ample room for swimming. The deep end even has a bench that at minimum seats 2 people, a feature I’ve never seen in any other swimming pool. The area between the pool patio door and the edge of the pool is covered with a golf green so that you don’t burn your feet on hot concrete when walking out to the pool.When we had rainy days or were winding down at night, the billiards table was lots of fun. It converts into a ping-pong table, too. There are 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths. The walk-in shower in the master bedroom is perfectly tiled to avoid slipping, and the other bathroom has a full sized tub if you want to take a bath. There are ceiling fans in most rooms, overhead lighting in all rooms, and 3 big screen TVs, one in the living room, and the others in 2 of the 3 bedrooms. There are a washer and dryer in the garage in case you need to do laundry. Also in the garage are beach chairs and a beach umbrella, so you don’t have to pack, buy, or rent those things for your trip.I only have two minor complaints. First, the pool light wasn’t working. We had enough light to swim if we turned on all the lights out back, but a pool light just provides a better atmosphere for night swimming. Second, the place had plenty of hand, beach, and bath towels, but only 3 washcloths. Though it was just myself and my husband staying, we spent 10 days there, and 3 washcloths just weren’t enough.Overall, we loved this place and found it convenient, clean, and comfortable. I would highly recommend it to anyone.

Thanks. We had a wonderful and relaxed staycation enjoying the heated (85 degrees) pool several times each day. Very conveniently located in a quiet neighborhood. Going out for daily ice-cream from local family owned business' was a treat. The home is tastefully furnished in contemporary style and the large smart TV was a hit with the kids. Mark is a great host and very prompt in communication.

We had an amazing stay at Mark's place! The neighborhood is peaceful and the floorplan is very open. The decor is stunning. The whole family loved watching the gorgeous TV and relaxing in the generously sized, meticulously cared for swimming pool. Mark is a wonderful host who is very responsive and thoughtful.The mattresses are very comfortable. Lots of thoughtful touches can be found inside ranging from a nice Keurig machine and coffee pods to swimming mats to a pool table that turns into a ping-pong table. Marks was an outstanding host. Very responsive and thoughtful. This house is in a quiet neighborhood 5 minutes from several beaches. Some of the highlights my family and I enjoyed was the coffee provided, beach towels and chairs for the beach, plenty of pool floatation devices, a BRAND NEW grill with a sun covering and clean utensils to use . This was the perfect house for a family vacation with 6 adults and 3 kids. - Ideal location – Not even a 5 min drive to the beach, supermarkets and stores are close by, and 10 min. drive to Splash Harbor. - Great Host – Mark was a perfect host and super timely in his responses. Checked in on us to make sure we had everything we needed. - Great House – The house was awesome! Super clean and styled well. Our favorite part was the pool. It is bigger than most pools in the area and very clean. Spent most of our time out there with the kids. We go on annual beach trip every year with the family and this will be a place we visit again.

My family and I absolutely loved this house! The house’s living space is very open and allows for communication from the dinning space to the living room and to the kitchen. It has a nice pool table that can also be a ping pong table that was fun for the whole family, and the pool area was big and open. The house is truly made for 10 people to sleep comfortably, and an amazingly short distance from the beach. We would 100% recommend this house! We will definitely be returning!

Look no further Marks place is it! Amazingly beautiful, pictures don’t do it justice as some pictures are without the decor that must of been placed after they were taken. I packed for a clan of 3 adults and 6 kids I was worried about not having enough towels and packed a ton! DONT! This home has plenty as well as the thoughtful extras as in toothbrushes mouth wash shampoo and body wash this house has it all and it’s not travel size it’s all full sized! The neighborhood was super quiet and 2 miles from the beach. I hope you have the same great experience we had!

This is such a great place for a family getaway. The saltwater pool was the perfect temperature. There were plenty of towels, the place was very clean, nice touch with toiletries and spices. It is about a 10 min drive to Indian Shores. I would bring a hotspot, the WiFi kept going out. We tethered from our phones, so we could use our Apple TV. Oh AND the place has plenty of beach chairs and toys. The neighborhood is very quite! We had everything delivered EVEN liquor using Instacart. It was great

Upon walking in at check in we were greeted by a well lit home, relaxing spa music and tastefully decorated with beautiful local art on the walls.Our kids enjoyed the pool table/ping pong table and the heated pool during our stay.The kitchen was well equipped and clean. And bathrooms had all the amenities in the event you forgot something from toothbrushes to body wash. It’s a very nice touch.Owners were super responsive, friendly and hospitable. Check in and out procedures were simple.Great location....short drive to beach access and local restaurants and other conveniences like pharmacies and big box stores and groceries like target and Publix.We really enjoyed our stay!

My family stayed here and we had a great time. There were 10 of us and the house felt big enough that we weren’t in each other’s way. The pool was awesome! It’s large and deep which the kids all loved. I grilled one night and that was lots of fun. There was gas and all the needed utensils for the grill. The house has nice TVs and sound system and great lighting. Patio is hospitable for relaxing while the kids swim.

Great house and location for our 2nd stay with them. The hosts are great communicators and will respond right away to any questions. I grew up in the area and love staying here for extended family visits so that we have our own space but can get to the family easily while still have the vacation feel of being close to the beach and all the Tampa Bay area had to offer. We bring our bikes and go get morning coffee, cocktails or enjoy the sunsets with an easy ride over the bridge. We can also bike to grandma'sand Walsingham Park, which is fun for the kids. Hope to visit again soon!

We had 9 people, 7 of which were between 10 and 17 years old. The house was very accommodating for everyone. Didn't feel at all like we were on top of each other. The fresh water pool was a big hit for everyone!!! Would definitely stay here again .

The house, the neighborhood, and the location are great! The house was extremely clean, and we even found some complimentary snacks on the dining table. It’s well furnished, plenty of towels; the pool was heated the entire time we stayed there. The kitchen could use few more cookware and utensils but there was just enough for a big family. The best though are the hosts. Mark and Aline went beyond my expectations. Extremely responsive, extremely communicative, extremely kind. For sure we will be back and for sure you won’t be disappointed.

Highly recommended place! House is really clean and great beaches just some minutes away. We had a really nice time in Marks house with our friends. Enough space for the seven of us. Kitchen is very good equipped and everthing was there what you need! We would defenitely stay again!

This property was absolutely perfect for our family vacation! Close to all of the beaches on the Gulf Coast. Very clean and felt like home for the week of our trip. Slept 11 people very comfortably. The week we stayed we had cool and rainy weather and not many sunny days but the pool was so warm that it made up for not being able to go to the beach. It was used daily! It was also so nice that they had beach gear for us to use on the days we did go. More than enough beach chairs, toys, umbrellas, coolers, and the most helpful a beach wagon! Also, having a pool/ping pong table and smart TVs made those rainy days a little more enjoyable with things to do around the house. We would definitely stay again if we visited the area again!

This home was everything it was described to be. It is very clean and spacious with several little unexpected extras to make your stay more comfortable, wonderful for a large family group like ours. We made great memories. The communication and hospitality was the best I have ever experienced. It is close to the beaches, a variety of indoor and outdoor activities and great restaurants. We didn't want to leave! This was an amazing home that our family had the most relaxing stay in. Very clean with comfortable beds and space for all 7 of us and our dogs! The pool table and the ping pong table definitely got used, so much fun! The pool was clean and just perfect. The dogs had space to roam in the backyard and we felt it was very dog friendly. We had no issues during our stay but the host was very responsive and gave us updates of when the trash needed to be taken out to the curb and when the pool maintenance was going to arrive. My whole family highly recommends staying here! We will definitely be back.

My family and I decided to have a last-minute getaway, and they were so quick to respond back and get the reservation set for us to go. They were really quick with their responses and consistently made sure we were comfortable. They were so thoughtful that they had things in the house that we didn't even think we needed until we got there, and it really goes a long way. The house is beautiful and comfortable. There were many games to keep everyone entertained and ample space for everyone. The heated pool was amazing! Especially in December, the water was warm and great to be in. We absolutely loved the house and look forward to future stays!
