This 2 master bedroom, 2.5 bath, two-story condo offers lovely upgrades and amenities. Laundry is no problem with the in-unit washer & dryer.
The well-appointed kitchen includes a toaster, coffee maker, blender, mixer, and all other basic kitchenware.
Parking includes one dedicated spot with plenty of guest parking available.
In addition to the above, we have stocked it with beach towels and chairs, sand toys, boogie boards, a work desk, and an inflatable twin mattress for extra guests.
The condo offers a heated pool, clubhouse, outdoor shower, a large ocean sun deck, and private beach access.

Rent:
$2,850 per month -(non-peak season) - May - October
$3,500 per month (peak season) - November - April
Nonrefundable Cleaning Fee: $350 (plus $500 for pets)
Refundable Security Deposit depending on length of stay.
Utilities: Electricity paid by tenant. All other utilities are included (specifically high speed internet, home phone, cable and streaming channels – Amazon, HBO, HULU, Netflix, Paramount+, and Peacock)
HOA rules limit to two pets, less than 45lbs each and non-aggressive breeds. Recent vaccinations and vet visit required. While we love fur babies and all owners feel theirs are the best, 99% have been problematic - barking, excessive move-out cleaning required and neighbor complaints, therefore we charge a pet surcharge for deposit and cleaning.

Please note that our HOA requires all potential renters to complete an application and background check per adult renter. While we don’t charge for an application fee, there is one for the background check (approx $30/ per adult renter via - HOA charges $60).
