→DINING: Total seating for 11. Dining table seats up to 6. Eat-in-bar seats up to 5 at kitchen island.
→BALCONY: Private balcony accessible from living room or master bedroom. Seating for 6.
→BEACH: 10 beach towels, 6 beach chairs, umbrella, beach wagon and rolling cooler.
→POOL: HEATED pool for condo guests only.
→PARKING: 2 FREE covered parking spaces included. Additional free guest parking available on a first come, first serve basis.
-Property is self-catering. Only starter supplies are provided. Supplies provided to get you started, including toilet paper, kleenex, paper towels, trash bags, dish soap, dishwasher pods, & laundry detergent.
-Managed by local owner.
-A fully refundable damage deposit of $250 is required 2 days before check-in.

Mad Beach, as its affectionately referred to, has six public parks, boat-accessible restaurants, charter boats and dolphin watch cruises, Madeira Beach has something for everyone.

⌦ REQUIREMENT: Our customary policy is no reservations will be made to anyone under the age of twenty-five (25). This policy includes reservations made by parents who do not check-in, and/or who leave overnight during the length of the stay. NO EXCEPTIONS! We require one parent for every four persons under the age of 25. Non-compliance with these rules and regulations will result in immediate eviction with no return of any funds paid. Any reservation obtained under false pretense will be subject to forfeiture of advance deposit payment and/or rental money and the party will not be
permitted to check in.
⌦ No underage drinking is allowed. Sunset Dreams is monitored for violations of this policy.
⌦ NO SMOKING inside Sunset Dreams. We reserve the right to bill the credit card on file for violations of the policy. Cigarette butts must be disposed of properly and not thrown on property grounds. Failure to do so will result in a deduction from the security deposit.
⌦ NO PETS, including ESA animals.
⌦ PESTS: This is Florida, although the property is regularly treated for bugs, understand some do find their way in occasionally.

Why this property? Sunset Dreams isn’t JUST a rental unit —this is my vacation home as well. I manage the property myself as I only live 2hrs away. I take pride in keeping it clean & well stocked so it can be your home away from home like it is for me.
I’m proud to have repeat renters who have come back to stay a week or a month.

We had an amazing stay! The condo was just a short walk to the beautiful beach where the sunsets are simply amazing! The condo was fully stocked with everything you would need on vacation, beach chairs, beach wagon, sand toys to every kitchen equipment you can think of. Our family really enjoyed our stay and can’t wait to return!

We had a fabulous stay at Sunset Dreams. It had everything we needed for an amazing vacation right down to the Tommy Bahama beach chairs for everyone! The condo was new, clean, and had very quick easy access to the beach. The owner responded quickly to all communication. I wouldn’t stay anywhere else in Madeira Beach! Thank you for allowing us to use your amazing place!
