The property was exactly as pictured and described. It was comfortable, clean, quiet and great access to the beach as well as all restaurants and shopping. Pool area is beautiful and we appreciated how the facility did frequent checks to make sure you were a guest of the property. We would stay at this condo again when we return to PCB.

This was a perfect choice for my husband and I with our 18 year old son and his friend. We loved the boys having their own separate space!! They would come over for meals and to check in occasionally!! They had their own little space with TV, fridge, sink, bathroom, and more! They loved their independence and we loved our privacy!! We would keep the outer door locked but both inner doors were unlocked and ajar for the teens to come and go between the main condo with kitchen and their own separate bedroom. We really cannot wait to come back. The views were spectacular and we loved the balcony!! I would recommend this condo for sure!!

The property was exactly as advertised and a perfect set up for my trip. The photos don't do it justice. All the basics are provided and even a few bonuses (like tupperware). The location is right next to the elevator, which was super convenient, but we didn't hear ANY noise from the hallway or people waiting for the elevator. The location was awesome and walkable to so much. The condo was clean and has no maintenance issues.The communication from the owners was great. I have rented a lot of VRBO/Airbnb's before and this communication was far and away the best of any. They send a guidebook that answers all the questions you might have. They even send a little quiz, which makes you go through the guidebook, which is so creative because it answers all the questions everybody asks a million times (like what is the WIFI password). Even a little thing such as the door code was creative and easy to remember.I will definitely be staying here again if I visit PCB again!

Our condo more than met our expectations. It had a beautiful view of the Gulf, had a huge pool for walking and swimming and had a nice gym with up to date equipment. The staff of premium beach condos were very friendly and available for any problems. I would recommend them any time.

Condo was clean and had all amenities that were advertising. The view from the balcony is beautiful! It was easy to check in, unload, and park. Check out process was easy and simple. Getting in touch with the owner was simple and they were very pleasant. The only complaint we had was the bed in 901 was uncomfortable but overall it was an amazing condo.

The condo was beautiful as pictured with all amenities as listed. Walking distance to many good restaurants and night life. We visit Panama City twice a year and this was our first time staying at Origins. I’ve always seen it in passing and finally pulled the trigger. We actually booked it for November as well.The only issues we had that were unrelated to the booking agent and condo itself were with staff onsite. There are cameras every corner, in the elevators… a ring camera on the adjacent room that watched us go in and out every single time we left and pointed directly into the condo. While I understand the need for surveillance, I felt “watched”. This mostly came from our experience at the pool. It’s a gorgeous pool by the way. But unenjoyable for adults who wish to enjoy an adult beverage poolside with a relaxed and chill vibe. Pool monitor / security appear out of thin air to reprimand you. It’s almost creepy. The first day enjoying the pool we came off the beach with beach bags and soft cooler and some drinks. (No glass) We were quickly told we couldn’t have the drink within 5 feet from pool. So we moved it. No worries. The next day we came to the pool with no drinks but did have an empty backpack cooler that we carried in from the beach. We weren’t in the pool a minute and were told we couldn’t have our cooler. I explained there was nothing in it and the pool monitor was rude and told us to remove it from the pool deck. So I hopped out and decided to just go back to the room. Before that tho…. We noticed children very small in life jackets in the hot tub. Children jumping off the fountains. And other rules being broken that were not addressed. I feel strongly that this resort could be adults only with some leniency on adults enjoying the environment. As much as they watch the cameras they could easy catch a drink getting spilled or someone being belligerent quickly without dampening the experience for the responsible adults. Another guest said her husband waved at the camera in the elevator and was greeted at the bottom by security because they thought he was being defiant. They were an older couple in their late 60’s. Overall it was a beautiful place. I’m still undecided if we will keep our reservation for November. When I addressed my concerns with the booking company they were kind and responded promptly.

Our stay was everything we hoped it would be. There was plenty of room in our condo to move around and keep 3 teenagers and a 10 year old entertained! The condo was as advertised and Jenny was super easy to get ahold of and responded quickly. The beach is an easy walk across the street. The pool is heated and absolutely amazing!!!! The views are beautiful. The condo was clean, stocked with what was advertised, and very easy to find. 10/10, we will return.

This gem is a special find! Two beautiful one bedroom suites combined into one 2-bedroom suite, just by opening a door!One of the one bedroom suites has a regular kitchen and a corner balcony with a direct, unobstructed view of the gulf. The second has a small kitchenette with a gulf front window.When you open the door to connect them both, you have a fabulous corner, gulf front unit with two master suites!This is perfect for two couples that are traveling together :)You can also book each of the condos separately, but if you want them both, you can save some money by booking them together!Sharkey's is also right across the street! So convenient to have a great restaurant nearby.
