BradleyWe really enjoyed our stay at this location! Very quiet neighborhood. Host was very kind and responsive. Pictures match very well to the in person experience. Great pool area for hanging out/relaxing! Would definitely recommend to anyone!

AsielFirst time that I will leave a bad review on here. I read two bad reviews before arriving to this booking that I had booked months in advance. I reached out to the host regarding the reviews I saw and was assured that there was no issue. That everything was good. The reviews were on the property having an efficiency on the side which in my opinion the description on the listing is very vague. And the other mayor issue was the AC. Host assured there was no issue at all with tenant in the efficiency and that the AC was perfect. Not the case with the AC. I would not go below 77 and would jump to 78. I was with an infant and host was aware. Had to get another location at 10at night. 6 guest and two kids. Not fun packing and driving to unpack at another location. The host was very responsive at all times but not happy with the whole situation. Hope they get their stuff together and put some money back into the property cause it sure don’t look like on the pictures.

SusannahWe choose this home for the pool and privacy. The pool was nice, however, the landscaping and the screened-in porch needs attention. BE AWARE that the property has been recently renovated to include a garage apartment that is also a separate rental space. The walls are thin, and while you do not physically see each other, you are aware of each other's presence. This person was a complete stranger to us and we shared a space that is less than 1500sf, with us in the home, and him in the garage apartment. The home has seen above average wear and tear with little maintenance since the pictures of the home have been posted. I would consider the home to be in overall poor condition in its current state. It needs attention, as the baseboards are dirty, the chairs are worn and stained, and few dishes are available, just to name a few things. This home has potential, however, in its current state, I would not stay there again.

KellyWhen we arrived, the house had a musky old smell. There were dirty clothes in the master closet. The master bedroom had black lights in the lamps. The furniture is all different than what the picture shows. The house was full of odd furniture and pictures nothing matched. (Like decorated from a thrift store) 2 Plastic chairs and futon from the 40s with an old rocking chair in the living room. There was no cleaning products whatsoever. Had to buy some to clean the dirty floors and countertops There is a railroad track right behind the property as well as a convenience store with a car wash that is very loud. House is located right next to an industrial park. There is an apartment attached to the house that we were not informed of in listing. The landscaping had big piles of yard debris. The maintenance guy worked all day one of the days with saws and hammering. Only part we enjoyed was the pool. When trains weren’t running by and semi trucks weren’t coming down the street right behind.

JoanaThe place backs up to a gas station and trucks are constantly driving by. It’s very noisy, so if you’re looking for relaxation it’s not the place for you, not to mention there’s a tenant living at the house which was not mentioned. The bed is super high so if you’re short like me you’re going to have a hard time getting on it and off it. The place is a bit cluttered, lots of furniture oh and the train is another noisy fact.

LeningThis home was incredible! We especially loved the pool and the spacious kitchen—it was perfect for cooking and hanging out. The bedrooms were roomy, and every room had its own TV in addition to the one in the living room. My friends and I had a great time and would definitely stay here again. Thanks so much for hosting us!

ChaseLoved it. Looks just like the pictures. There is a seperate apartment connected to this unit on the left, one night when we were sleeping we heard someone trying to get in at 2 am but it was just them checking into the air bnb connected to us, if this happens to you don’t be surprised like we were. I accidentally broke a coffee pot under the kitchen island when I was pulling out the cutting board. I immediately messaged kylan and explained what happened and what they wanted me to do. They were very understanding and told me to replace it with something similar. I did! The house is nice, pool nice, and the area is also nice. Wound stay here again.

GinoOverall a good stay. The house was clean, comfortable, and the host was responsive to messages. The neighborhood felt safe and was quiet inside the house. However, a few things to note: the pool temperature was not within 86-88° range as mentioned by the host—it was more like 80°, which made it less enjoyable as there were some cooler mornings/days. I asked the host to increase the heat a bit, but was told no. Also, the pool lighting was not working. I reported it on the first night, but it wasn’t fixed during our stay. Someone came by on the last night, but nothing was done. Since there’s no lighting near the pool aside from some perimeter garden lights, the pool area was very dark at night. Lastly, the backyard backs up to a gas station parking lot, which can be noisy at times. This didn’t affect the inside of the house, but it did impact the backyard experience at times. Again, overall good stay - we would consider staying here again.

RyanOur family with two young children stayed here for a few days while exploring Ft. Lauderdale, Miami, and the Everglades. Everything was as described and clean. Kylan proactively reached out several times to make sure check in was simple. We spent a lot of time enjoying the heated pool and there were plenty of places to eat and supermarkets nearby.

NicoleThe best perk about this house was the host, Kylan. We needed batteries for a beeping smoke detector and she not only had them delivered within 2 hours, she included 2 pool tubes for my kids to enjoy, they were thrilled! Some minor things caught my attention, it’s smaller than the pictures and could use a little TLC. Some drawers don’t open, light switches aren’t in a logical spot, lawn chairs were broken etc. other than that we enjoyed our stay, the pool was warm and we spent hours in it!

CinthyaWe are extremely disappointed & dissatisfied with this rental. Upon arrival the house was dark, smelled old, & was filthy. Our feet were black just from walking around the house. The fans were filthy and dusty, my brother had an allergy attack & had to turn them off after 1 hour. The stove knobs were loose & therefore wasn’t heating up the pans correctly. The pans available were rusty & old. We washed them 5 times so we could get all the rust off. The patio and landscaping hadn’t been taken care of, the heated pool was unusable, the gas provided for the grill had a lock, therefore it was unusable. The trash bin was full, & overflowing from previous guests. We communicated with the host, & all they could do was offer a $100 refund even though we paid almost $700 & didn’t even stay the full weekend. We had family fly down from Pennsylvania, it was 8 of us & the entire weekend was ruined because of this. The pictures are NOT what it currently looks like. Would not recommend or come back.
