My family recently stayed at this condo for a 5-night trip to Daytona Beach. Included 6 adults and 1 baby. The condo was spacious, nicely decorated, has a beautiful view, is easily accessible, and comfortable. The binder with recommendations was also helpful and pointed us in the direction of some good spots for dinner! A huge plus was that the unit was very baby friendly - had some play blocks, a bigger couch, and the furniture wasn’t glass/sharp edges! Each bedroom has their own bathroom which is convenient and makes it easy for everyone to have their space and not be difficult to get ready. The kitchen is well equipped with plenty of dishes, silverware, cups, pots and pans. We appreciated the few games that were there, easy access to extra towels, the cozy blankets, in-unit washer and dryer, and the abundance of beach towels. There is great security in the building and it utilizes a fob system to get in and out of the building and common areas.Some points of opportunity: It would have been helpful in advance to know there are no floats or baby swim diapers allowed in the main pool - it was not a deal breaker, though.There is only a keurig, could benefit from a regular coffee pot. A blender would have been a nice extra for smoothies and frozen drinks. The beds and pillows were okay, just a little more firm than we are used to.Overall we truly enjoyed our stay, would visit again, and would highly recommend this location to others. If you are looking at this rental as a potential for your text trip - book it, you won’t be disappointed!
