After an exciting day at a theme park or one of the local golf courses, you’ll be delighted to return to your spacious home, located in the peaceful gated community of Champions Gate. You’ll instantly feel relaxed entering your private paradise, stepping into a fully furnished home that is thoughtfully equipped to make your stay one that you will never forget.

The chef’s kitchen, featuring stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and a 5-seat breakfast bar, is the perfect setting for your early morning coffee, prep for snacks on the go, or elaborate family meals that you can enjoy in the large dining area that seats 10. The kitchen is open to an expansive living area that offers a great place for everyone to come together, outfitted with plentiful, comfortable seating and a Smart TV. Step out into your private screened-in lanai, with a heatable pool/spa that has a safety screen enclosure, and lounging/dining areas. Both bedrooms on the first floor have king sized beds and are connected to full bathrooms.

Walk upstairs to 6 more welcoming bedrooms, 3 of which are decorated for Disney lovers of all ages. Chill out in Elsa’s Frozen room, featuring a crystal chandelier, whimsical decor, and full/twin beds. Harry Potter fans will love sleeping in the bunk beds and trundle bed in this Chamber of Hogwarts. Mouseketeers will be delighted to share their room (2 full-sized beds) with Mickey and Minnie, enjoying a large window’s view of an animated Magic Kingdom castle.

The 3 other beautifully decorated bedrooms are equipped with king-sized beds and easy access to the 3 full bathrooms that are on the second floor, where you will also find your washer/dryer. All 8 bedrooms (sleeping 20 total) include flat screen TVs and plenty of storage. For those of you traveling with small children, we’ve got you covered! Besides the retractable gates that we have for the top and bottom of the stairway, we are supplying you with a crib, 2 pack ‘n play, 2 highchairs, 2 booster seats, and 1 bed rail.

Your private theater awaits you with a wifi BluRay player, 120” projector screen, Roku, cable, and sound system. Unwind in one of the 7 cozy recliner chairs to watch your favorite show or set the kids up with a Disney movie while you relax in the nearby loft that has a spacious couch and Smart TV. For more excitement, head downstairs to the air-conditioned, Star Wars themed gameroom that hosts air hockey, foosball and a pool table. Gamers will be thrilled to also find 4 stations, each equipped with a gaming chair and large screen TV, connected to Xbox and Playstation 5 consoles.

Walk or take the free shuttle to the Oasis resort, where you can enjoy (with no resort fees) beautiful pools that include a lazy river, splash zone, waterslide, fitness center, tennis and volleyball courts, movie theater, arcade, and playground. You can also take advantage of (for additional fees) the resort’s 18-hole golf course, private poolside cabanas, and the clubhouse grill and tiki bar with poolside service.
