The unit has been recently remodeled! The unit sleeps 6. There are 2 bedrooms, a large master bedroom with your own private bath. The second bedroom has a closet and a shared bathroom. Both have their own TV. Cable and Internet/Wifi are provided. For additional sleepers, there’s a pull-out sofa. The living room has plenty of seating for viewing the large-screen TV. If you prefer to stay in and cook, there is a fully equipped kitchen. And for those who prefer to go out, there are plenty of local restaurants to suit your appetite! There is a large heated pool on the grounds. Oceanside, you have a large barbecue area, complete with tables and beach chairs. There is a washer and dryer in the unit so no running out to do laundry or overpacking! Hey just show up and RELAX! It doesn’t get much better than this!

Dan B.Great condo on the no-drive beach.
We very much enjoyed our 2 weeks stay at Southpoint 407. The condo was clean, spacious and comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed. The condo building was quiet and not crowded during our stay. Many good restaurants in the area but our favorite was Down the Hatch The food was outstanding. You have to go there. The no-drive beach was perfect for walking. The owners, Catherine and Roger, are nice people to rent from. We hope to return in the future.

The location was all we could hope for, right on the beach. The community is wonderful, close to Daytona, but quieter. The local restaurants were absolutely fabulous. Perfect location, beautifully decorated. The condo staff was very cordial and helpful. We would absolutely visit again.
