Complex offers private gated beach access, swimming pool, hot tub, picnic grilling area and has an elevator. Sunrise and sunset are truly an event right from your 3rd floor balcony. Kitchen is fully equipped for meal preparation. Loads of dining with a breakfast bar and a full dining table that sits 6. Walk to Pompano Joe's restaurant and Alvin's Island. CVS pharmacy is just a few blocks away as well as many other attractions.
Destin Commons Mall, Silver Sands Mall and The Grand Boulevard are within a few miles of this unit.

This was a great condo that worked so well for our week trip to Miramar Beach. A handful of restaurants within walking distance. An ice cream shop next door that the kids loved. It was exactly how it was advertised online. Would definitely return.
