My family stayed in this home from Oct 2nd to Oct 20th. The home is beautiful for any type of family. There are multiple bedrooms for up to 14 people. The highlight of the home is the beautiful pool and lanai area, which has an outdoor kitchen complete with a built-in BBQ. This is where you will cook and eat while watching your favourite TV shows. It's location in a quiet neighbourhood with no rear neighbours. The owners were very receptive to any questions I threw at them. I would totally return to this home in the future.

We have rented in this area several times, but this was our first time staying at this property. Claire and Dave were wonderful hosts, and very responsive to any questions we had. Where do I start? Cleanliness, organization and decor were top notch. What a beautiful home to stay in. We spent one week there and would be more than happy to return. Claire is very easy and timely to reach, with any questions or concerns you may have. Pool was a bonus and the close location to grocery stores, shopping and restaurants were an added plus. We did not go for Disney, but if you did it is within easy driving distance. Our intention was rest and relaxation. The quiet, safe neighbourhood certainly allowed for that.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Sunshine Villa, and it was an absolute delight! This rental home provided everything we were looking for in a vacation spot.The location was perfect – just a short drive from the Disney theme parks, close to SeaWorld as well. We loved the easy access to Magic Kingdom and appreciated how peaceful and quiet the neighborhood was. It felt like a true retreat, yet everything we needed was nearby.The house itself was beautifully designed, with plenty of space for our group and larger groups. It was super clean and well-maintained, with all the comforts of home. The kitchen was fully stocked, making it easy for us to cook meals during our stay. We especially loved the pool, hot tub and many games to choose from. The pool/bar area was a huge highlight for us, perfect for relaxing after a day of sightseeing.Our host, Claire, was incredibly responsive and helpful. She provided clear instructions for check-in, were quick to answer any questions we had, and made sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Also her recommendations for local restaurants and attractions were spot on.Our overall experience, we had a fantastic time at this rental home and would definitely return on our next trip to Florida. Whether you’re looking for a relaxing getaway or a base for exploring the area, this home has it all. I highly recommend it to anyone looking to enjoy Florida’s sunshine in style!

My Grandkids were allowed to come and use the pool during our visit. Their pool was nice and clean the entire time and the beds were very comfortable.

We booked our vacation here in April 2023. There were 5 of us (all women), so we each had our own rooms which was awesome! Everything about this place is excellent, with a perfect layout!The outdoor space and pool was amazing! Excellent location for shopping, Disney Parks etc. The booking process was easy, and Claire was very responsive to all questions we had. This house has tons of space for large families or multiple couples. Would highly recommend and will book again for sure

We had a wonderful visit to the Sunshine Villa in March of 2023. The location is perfect for those who are visiting Florida on a family Disney vacation. Minutes to the parks, shopping and all the amenities a family needs in order to have the perfect stay. The Villa is spacious and clean with large rooms. The pool, spa and bar make it feel like you are at your own personal resort! The hosts, Claire and Dave were fantastic and accommodated our every need. Would highly recommend a visit for anyone planning a Disney Vacation. We will definitely be returning!

We find that the photos usually are nicer than the property but this was the exception. The flooring in the bedrooms was updated to luxury vinyl and the finishings even more modern and luxurious than in the photos. Great location close to everything. 12 min to Disney Springs and 3 min to Groceries and Champions Gate! A. Must stay!
