The private back heated pool and lanai is likely where you'll want to dine and spend most of your time. Have an afternoon cocktail on the lanai while watching sports or chatting with your loved ones before transitioning to dinner alfresco. The backyard has been beautifully landscaped and is surrounded by a privacy fence.
The home has two bedrooms and two bathrooms, with comfortable sleeping arrangements for six guests. Master bedroom has new, high-quality king mattress and the guest room has a queen, and there is also a queen sized air mattress. Your stay includes the softest bed linens and towels. The master bedroom bedroom as well as the lanai has TV with Roku which has tons a free TV shows and movies plus you can connect to your favorite services as well.

We loved our month at Paul’s house on a quiet street. It was the perfect size for us and our dog, the location is so near Shamrock Park and many stores and restaurants. Paul is a superior owner, very quick to respond, extremely thorough with information and attentive to our needs. There was one minor issue when we first arrived and he took care of it immediately. We would definitely rent from him again.

By R\S GRANT Stay at 561 Cabana May-June 2024.Paul the property owner was amazing we had a small problem and he was in our driveway as we got off the phone. The house while small has all that is needed for a relaxing vacation. The private heated pool and lanai was enjoyable it even has its own TV with multiple stations. The use of the garage for our car was appreciated it kept it out of the hot sun. The property is located near all the best beaches and Paul has provided beach chairs, umbrella and a cooler. Over all we rate this 5 stars out of 5 and are looking forward to our possible visit next year.

561 Cabana was a great two bedroom two bath house with a great heated/covered pool. The neighborhood was very quiet, close to many restaurants and very close to the best shark tooth beach around. Would definitely rent again.

House was clean and in a great location! We had 3 adults and 2 children in our group and had plenty of space for everyone. Home is 20 minutes from stump pass beach and 20 minutes from nokomis beach which are our two favorites. Paul was a great host that quickly answered any inquiries.

Although we reviewed this rental by internet...when we arrived it was much more inviting than the pictures, Location excellent to all areas of Venice, The house is larger inside with comfortable rooms and the lanai and backyard just awesome!!!! This is our second rental with Mr. Paul and he definitely delivered. Great individual who immediately returns calls to you when you might have a particular question. He is definitely our go-to rental in future rentals.
