We love celebrating birthdays, anniversaries, graduations and anything else! Please let us know how we can make your celebration vacation even more memorable!!

*Minimum age to rent is 25 years old. Primary guest renting must stay at the property each night of the reserved dates.

*We will respond to requests as quickly as possible. Office hours are from 9am to 6pm every day. Since we do not use a property management company, we are not a 24 hour operation; although we will respond to after hours requests if possible. This allows us to keep your costs and add-on fees to a minimum.

*We’re excited for you to enjoy the pool during your stay! Optional pool heating is available for $50 per night and must be purchased for the full reservation. The heater typically raises the water 10 to 15 degrees above the outdoor air temperature, so it is best used in September, October, March and April. It is unlikely to be effective during November, December, January or February.

*Heating and Cooling (HVAC's) - There is a thermostat on each floor. We ask during the daytime to keep the temperatures set to 72F and not to go below 68F at night. The Florida heat and humidity can be brutal and we want the air conditioning running as efficient as possible. Please ensure all windows and outside doors are closed to ensure efficiency. During the Summer months, keeping the blinds and curtains closed during the day will help keep the temperature inside the house comfortable. We will periodically check the thermostats remotely to ensure they are operating properly and you remain comfortable during your stay.

Guests will be provided an access code to the door lock on the day prior to arrival.

Lazy Day Lanai is not part of a formal neighborhood. It is directly on Hwy 30A and not part of an HOA.

The pool service company comes twice a week; Saturdays and Wednesdays, normally between 2 and 3pm.
Trash pick-up is on Monday and Thursday.
