Notes -

The internet access is very fast but with the beach comes severe storms that can knock out power and take the internet offline.

Sand gets everywhere. It's likely you'll find little pieces of sand in the home even when it is freshly cleaned. Sand just has a way of doing that.

We’re excited for you to enjoy the pool during your stay! Please note that the pool heater can warm the water up to 15 degrees above the current air temperature. This means on colder days, the water may not reach the typical swimming temperature.

Items Left Behind:
There will be a $50 shipping and handling fee per item for any item left behind that you wish to be returned. We will provide a tracking number within 3 days of receipt of the fee.

*We will respond to requests as quickly as possible. Office hours are from 9am to 6pm every day. Since we do not use a property management company, we are not a 24 hour operation; although we will respond to after hours requests if possible. This allows us to keep your costs and add-on fees to a minimum.

*Pool heater is expected to heat the pool up to 10-15 degrees above the air temperature. It is best used during the Fall and Spring seasons (September, October, March & April). It is unlikely the pool heater will be effective during the Winter months of November, December, January or February.

*We will respond to requests as quickly as possible. Office hours are from 9am to 6pm every day. Since we do not use a property management company, we are not a 24 hour operation; although we will respond to after hours requests if possible. This allows us to keep your costs and add-on fees to a minimum.

*Heating and Cooling (HVAC's) - There is a thermostat on each floor. We ask during the daytime to keep the temperatures set to 72F and not to go below 68F at night. The Florida heat and humidity can be brutal and we want the air conditioning running as efficient as possible. Please ensure all windows and outside doors are closed to ensure efficiency. During the Summer months, keeping the blinds and curtains closed during the day will help keep the temperature inside the house comfortable. We will periodically check the thermostats remotely to ensure they are operating properly and you remain comfortable during your stay.

Guests will be provided an access code to the door lock on the day prior to arrival.

Lazy Day Lanai is not part of a formal neighborhood. It is directly on Hwy 30A and not part of an HOA.

The pool service company comes twice a week; Saturdays and Wednesdays, normally between 2 and 3pm.
Trash pick-up is on Sundays.
