This is a spacious 4 bedroom & 3 bath beach condo which is located on the third floor of Leeward Key. Rarely do you see a 4 bedroom condo this size in this location. This unit sleeps 12 with 2 king beds, queen bed, three full beds, and a sleeper sofa. During seasonal operation ( March 15th-October 31st), two complimentary beach chairs and 1 umbrella are included. My family’s favorite spot anywhere! It will be the perfect beach location for your family too!
The space
Room for the entire family (or two) in this 4 Bedroom / 3 Bath beach condo. Sleeping arrangements include two master bedrooms with king beds; 3rd bedroom with a queen bed; 4th bedroom with a full bed & full bunk beds, and a sleeper sofa in the living room.
The kitchen and dining room are open to the spacious living room where there is ample seating for your family to gather.
This is the perfect setting for a family vacation or quick getaway for a long weekend. Wake up early and start your day by sipping coffee on your balcony overlooking palm trees and ocean. Then get out and walk, bike, or run on the extra wide sidewalks of Scenic Gulf Drive. Take a stroll on the sandy white beaches with sparkling emerald waters. The kids can build sandcastles while you relax under the umbrella and two beach chairs that are included with your unit (March 15 - October 31st). When evening lazily rolls around, cook a meal for the family in the well stocked kitchen or take a walk next door to Kenny D's for the best Cajun food. Just across the street is legendary Captain Dave's for seafood and gulf front dining. Restaurants, shopping, and entertainment are just a golf cart drive away. This stretch of beach in the Miramar Beach / Destin area has the perfect blend of restaurants, views, and vibes. Walk diagonally across the street to fine dining or next door to a great beach cajun diner. Not many other places you can walk/run/ride on extra wide sidewalks and see the ocean at the same time.

We rented this condo for 10 weeks as snowbirds. Beautifully decorated, lots of space, kitchen very well stocked. Owner was wonderful to work with. Very accommodating- he had grab bars installed to make things easier for my 95 yr. old Mom. Will rent there again.

Leeward Key is a favorite of ours to rent, but this was our first time in a 4BR. The common areas are so spacious, and the renovated kitchen and den areas made everything so relaxing. Carl is a great host and communicated everything perfectly.I won't hesitate to rent this unit again for our next beach trip.

Have been coming and staying in the Destin area for over 20 years and will say Carl was 1st class working with! There is not enough space to describe all the positives about this 4 bedroom unit and all the amenities that go along with it! Our 3 kids, spouses and 3 grandkids loved every minute of it! We have our own favorite restaurants and some of those were near! We will be back Carl enjoyed getting to know your in-laws! Thanks so much!

This condo fit our needs exactly! It is a short walk(across the road) from the beach, has a heated pool, has a great layout for guests, and was close to everything! We’ll hope to go back!
