★ NO SMOKING INSIDE ★

Please refrain from smoking inside the home! Any smoking evidence will result in a fee for odor removal, duct cleaning, and furniture cleaning.

★ QUIET HOURS/ NO PARTIES ★

We kindly ask you to respect quiet hours between 10PM-9AM (city ordinance). No music should be played outside during this period, and voices/sounds should be kept low to ensure neighbors are not disturbed.

We do NOT allow any loud PARTIES or EVENTS to be held at the property at any time of day.

Staying at this home will leave you close to it all!! This house is in the perfect location to explore the western coast of Central Florida! Lake Seminole Park is a quick 2 mile drive from home and boasts many multi-use trails, an alligator sanctuary, water sports, and picnic shelters!

If you're in the mood to work on your golf swing, drive less than 2 miles to reach the Seminole Lake Country Club. This course features 18 holes of championship-level golf nestled into the beautiful Florida landscaping and breathtaking Long Bayou views!

Throw on your bathing suit and drive 5 miles to get some beach therapy at Madeira Beach! The 450-foot stretch of beachfront space has soft white sand, a pay-for-parking lot, and plenty of scenic places to soak up the Florida sun. Dockside Dave's is within walking distance of the beach and serves delicious comfort food and their signature grouper dishes if you get hungry!

Drive 1.8 miles north to the Florida Kayak Outfitter to rent a kayak and explore Lake Seminole. The well-maintained lake is also a perfect spot to cast a line if you're traveling with any fishing enthusiasts. This house also has easy access to nearby shopping centers and delicious local restaurants when you're not exploring!

You can plan a day trip with the kids to visit places like the Tampa Zoo and Tampa aquarium, which is less than 30 minutes from the house!

Less than 12 miles away, take the younger tots to the Great Explorations Children's museum in St. Petersburg, which offers the best creative play exhibits.
