Fantastic condo with a beautiful view

We have stayed here previously. It's a really great condo and building. The pool is fantastic. The walk to the beach takes about 10-15 minutes. That would be the only thing I would see as an issue. It doesn't bother us but may be a little bit longer than desired for someone else. The actual location of the condo unit is in a great area to walk to some restaurants and walk Collier in general. Well maintained unit and beautiful views of the ocean. Right next to Tiger tail beach parking area so there are no other buildings to obstruct the view on this side. Loved our stay! Hated to leave.....

Awesome view/relaxing vacay

The view from the 8th floor is spectacular. The pictures do not do it justice. The kitchen is newly remodeled with granite countertops, new wood cabinets, and new appliances. The bathrooms are newly remodeled as well. The master bed is new but it appears the guest room bed and furniture is very cheep. Also, the living room furniture definitely needs a major upgrade as the hid abed is well worn, lost it's support and is broken. Could use a nice sectional with much more seating and comfort. The TV is small as well. Could use some better beach type decor, updated lamps and fixtures and general maintenance/drywall repairs. The gym on the property is the best I have seen for this type of condo complex. They put a lot of investment into the matrix equipment and is very high quality. Marco is definitely a retirement community as the average age is 66 so if you are looking for a slow paced and relaxing vacation, this is it. I would not recommend for kids or people who want to party. The pool has many restrictions including closing at sunset, no food or drinks, or music. This is good if you like a calm place and don't plan on night time swimming. No hot tub which was a downer. Only other complaint is that the no see ums are really bad at dusk. They will bite you anywhere and everywhere and it is unbearable since this is by a large lagoon with a lot of shrubbery.
