1100 sq. ft. This stunning 2 Bedroom, 2 Bath Beach Front condo is located in the South Seas community and features a spacious balcony. It offers panoramic views of the beach. The condo has recently updated bathrooms and kitchen. The master bedroom is furnished with a king bed, TV, and DVD player, while the guest bedroom has twin beds and a walk-in shower in the bathroom.
EXIT CLEANING FEE may increase according to length of stay.
Registration fee is $100.00 which comes with one parking pass.
If there's more than one car, each car pays $100.00. Fees are collected in the office of South Seas Tower 3
CANCELLATIONS: 15% of the rental fee is retained if cancellation is made 60 days prior for weekly (90 days monthly rental). Condo App Fees, and Travel insurance is non-refundable. Inside the 60 days weekly/90-day monthly cancelation period, (if you do not have travel insurance); We try to re-rent the unit, if successful we will charge 15% commission on your reservation and refund the balance. WE HIGHLY ENCOURAGE you to purchase travel insurance to protect your trip! Cancellations due to COVID, Hurricanes, any acts of God, or Mother Nature are subject to the same conditions as our normal cancellation policy. No Exceptions!

Start with the negative- The parking for building 4 was closed for repairs, getting there after dark, very confusing, parking was a hike. A heads up from rental place would have been nice. The rules for the pool were very restrictive. No food even on the pool deck. No balls in pool. No fun. The walk to the beach was pretty far over the sand. Not a big deal, but tough if bringing lots of stuff. And the positive--everything else. The condo itself was great. Clean, spacious, great view, wraparound balcony nice! Master bathroom huge and really nice. Really nicely furnushed but not cluttered. Great beach and great vacation!
