Preferred Payment method is by Check. Once you have successfully completed this booking; a rental agent will call or email you from our office the next business day. Some extra paperwork will be emailed to you for this reservation to be finalized.
If you would like to pay by credit card there is an extra 2.5% fee which will be added to your rental.

Beautiful newly remodeled and updated 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom corner unit in South Seas with long, private balcony. Kitchen has full size fridge and freezer, stove, dishwasher, microwave. Master Bedroom has King bed, TV and view of the pool area. Guest bedroom has a Queen and Twin, TV. Bathrooms have shower with grab bars and shower with grab bars/tub. The living room has large flat screen TV, a sleeper sofa for children only. Unit has tile throughout; linens, towels & beach chairs included. Condo is well-maintained and sanitized; all new furniture/beds. Gated entrance, parking and private, heated beachside pool; Jacuzzi, fitness room, tennis, restaurant & bar.
Exit clean may increase according to length of stay

Registration fee is $100.00 which comes with one parking pass.
If there's more than one car, each car pays $100.00. Fees are collected in the office of South Seas Tower 3.

CANCELLATIONS must be made in writing at least 60 days prior to a WEEKLY RESERVATION scheduled arrival date. If it is a MONTLY RESERVATION it is 90 days prior. Cancellations received after that date will result in forfeiture of advance payment unless the unit is rebooked. All cancellations no matter when cancelled will be charged MIRP Booking Fee.
Please be aware that If you DO NOT take the travel insurance and you get sick and cannot make your trip you will not get your money back.
We DO NOT make exceptions for COVID.
