All new windows and doors; new tiled floors throughout. Kitchen has new cabinets, countertops, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave. The two bathrooms are clean with new cabinets. Owners have provided beach carts, a cooler, beach chairs and umbrella, along with 2 tennis racquets and balls.

South Seas NW activities: tennis courts, pickleball courts, bocce ball, shuffleboard, boat slips.
Marco's most loved breakfast and pizza/Italian restaurant are a short walk away (1/2 mile), along with some shops. See the burrowing owl nests on the way there.
EXIT CLEANING FEE may increase according to length of stay.

Registration fee is $100.00 which comes with one parking pass.
If there's more than one car, each car pays $100.00. Fees are collected in the office of South Seas Tower 3.

CANCELLATIONS: 15% of the rental fee is retained if cancellation is made 60 days prior for weekly (90 days monthly rental). Condo App Fees, and Travel insurance is non-refundable. Inside the 60 days weekly/90-day monthly cancelation period, (if you do not have travel insurance); We try to re-rent the unit, if successful we will charge 15% commission on your reservation and refund the balance. WE HIGHLY ENCOURAGE you to purchase travel insurance to protect your trip! Cancellations due to COVID, Hurricanes, any acts of God, or Mother Nature are subject to the same conditions as our normal cancellation policy. No Exceptions!
