Balcony extends from the living room to the Master bedroom, with plenty of room to enjoy coffee or a meal while looking over Tigertail Beach and the heated pool area. All new windows and doors; new tiled floors throughout. Kitchen has new cabinets, countertops, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave. The two bathrooms are clean with new cabinets. Owners have provided beach carts, a cooler, beach chairs and umbrella, along with 2 tennis racquets and balls.

South Seas NW activities: tennis courts, pickleball courts, bocce ball, shuffleboard, boat slips.
Marco's most loved breakfast and pizza/Italian restaurant are a short walk away (1/2 mile), along with some shops. See the burrowing owl nests on the way there.
EXIT CLEANING FEE may increase according to length of stay.

Registration fee is $100.00 which comes with one parking pass.
If there's more than one car, each car pays $100.00. Fees are collected in the office of South Seas Tower 3.

CANCELLATIONS must be made in writing at least 60 days prior to a WEEKLY RESERVATION scheduled arrival date. If it is a MONTHLY RESERVATION, it is 90 days prior. Cancellations received after that date will result in forfeiture of advance payment unless the unit is rebooked. All cancellations no matter when cancelled will be charged MIRP Booking Fee.
Please be aware that If you DO NOT take the travel insurance and you get sick and cannot make your trip you will not get your money back.
