Preferred Payment method is by Check. Once you have successfully completed this booking; a rental agent will call or email you from our office the next business day. Some extra paperwork will be emailed to you for this reservation to be finalized.
If you would like to pay by credit card there is an extra 2.5% fee which will be added to your rental.

Breathtaking views from this totally remodeled Top Floor condo! No need to watch TV when you have this view. Beautiful tile throughout. The Master bedroom has a king bed and guest bedroom has twin beds. Both bathrooms have been beautifully remodeled with showers. Gated community in South Seas. Tennis and pickle ball available. Dock is also available for a fee.
EXIT CLEANING FEE may increase according to length of stay.

Registration fee is $100.00 which comes with one parking pass.
If there's more than one car, each car pays $100.00. Fees are collected in the office of South Seas Tower 3.

CANCELLATIONS must be made in writing at least 60 days prior to a WEEKLY RESERVATION scheduled arrival date. If it is a MONTLY RESERVATION it is 90 days prior. Cancellations received after that date will result in forfeiture of advance payment unless the unit is rebooked. All cancellations no matter when cancelled will be charged MIRP Booking Fee.
Please be aware that If you DO NOT take the travel insurance and you get sick and cannot make your trip you will not get your money back.
We DO NOT make exceptions for COVID.
