1075 sq. ft. Beautiful 2 Bedroom, 2 Bath Condo with lots of balcony space to enjoy sunset views and island views as well. Condo is all tiled and plenty of space in this condo to relax and feel right at home with comfortable seating inside and out.
The Master Bedroom has a King bed, and the Guest Bedroom has 2 Twin Beds. Both bathrooms have showers.
EXIT CLEANING FEE may increase according to length of stay.
Registration fee is $100.00 which comes with one parking pass.
If there's more than one car, each car pays $100.00. Fees are collected in the office of South Seas Tower 3.
CANCELLATIONS must be made in writing at least 60 days prior to a WEEKLY RESERVATION scheduled arrival date. If it is a MONTHLY RESERVATION, it is 90 days prior. Cancellations received after that date will result in forfeiture of advance payment unless the unit is rebooked. All cancellations no matter when cancelled will be charged MIRP Booking Fee.
Please be aware that If you DO NOT take the travel insurance and you get sick and cannot make your trip you will not get your money back.
We DO NOT make exceptions for COVID.

My wife and I celebrated our 30th Anniversary and it was the most relaxing trip that I have ever took. The condo was amazing as well as the view that we had. I would revisit in a heartbeat. This condo had everything at our disposal right down to beach chairs, an umbrella as well as a wagon to pull the beach stuff. The management team did an excellent job with handling all the necessary paperwork and instructions for our stay. We appreciate the experience and would love to come back and stay in the same unit.
