Preferred Payment method is by Check. Once you have successfully completed this booking; a rental agent will call or email you from our office the next business day. Some extra paperwork will be emailed to you for this reservation to be finalized.
If you would like to pay by credit card there is an extra 2.5% fee which will be added to your rental.

Updated Kitchen and shower in this beautiful 2 Bedroom, 1 1/2 Bathroom condo with full view of the entire beach from the balcony. King bed in the master and two twin beds in the guest bedroom. Washer and Dryer in the unit. Fee Wifi also included. Condo does not have a dining room table. Dining seating at the eat in kitchen and balcony.
EXIT CLEANING FEE may increase according to length of stay.
PARKING: Only 1 vehicle allowed per condo. As of June 1, 2022; There is a $50.00 parking fee collected at the front desk due by credit card on arrival.

CANCELLATIONS must be made in writing at least 60 days prior to a WEEKLY RESERVATION scheduled arrival date. If it is a MONTLY RESERVATION it is 90 days prior. Cancellations received after that date will result in forfeiture of advance payment unless the unit is rebooked. All cancellations no matter when cancelled will be charged MIRP Booking Fee.
Please be aware that If you DO NOT take the travel insurance and you get sick and cannot make your trip you will not get your money back.
We DO NOT make exceptions for COVID.
