Enjoy the convenience of ceiling fans and three new smart TVs. The condo offers an outstanding view from its two bedrooms and two bathrooms, with easy beach access through the pool area. The master bedroom boasts a king bed, while the guest bedroom includes a queen bed with a twin trundle. Both bedrooms provide access to a full bathroom with showers. Building amenities comprise a large, heated pool and spa, tennis courts with pickleball, and a variety of restaurants within walking distance.

EXIT CLEANING FEE may increase according to length of stay.

PARKING: Only 1 vehicle allowed per condo. There is a $50.00 parking fee collected at the front desk due by credit card on arrival.

CANCELLATIONS must be made in writing at least 60 days prior to a WEEKLY RESERVATION scheduled arrival date. If it is a MONTHLY RESERVATION, it is 90 days prior. Cancellations received after that date will result in forfeiture of advance payment unless the unit is rebooked. All cancellations no matter when cancelled will be charged MIRP Booking Fee.
