The master bedroom boasts a king-sized bed and a breathtaking view of the Gulf of Mexico, while the guest bedroom offers two twin beds and a private bathroom with a shower.
The living room is equipped with a full-size sleeper sofa suitable for children, and flat-screen TVs are available in both bedrooms and the living room. For your convenience, a washer and dryer are provided inside the condo.
Adjacent to the property is the Apollo Restaurant. Just a 10-minute walk north from the parking lot, you'll find additional dining options, a movie theater with dining services, and mini-golf.
EXIT CLEANING FEE may increase according to length of stay.
PARKING: Only 1 vehicle allowed per condo. There is a $50.00 parking fee collected at the front desk due by credit card on arrival.
NOTE: This building will have construction being done on the 01 and 02 balconies starting July 20 and last thru October. Limited to no pool access during this time. Beach access will be available! Noise maybe heard throughout the building.
CANCELLATIONS: 15% of the rental fee is retained if cancellation is made 60 days prior for weekly (90 days monthly rental). Condo App Fees, and Travel insurance is non-refundable. Inside the 60 days weekly/90-day monthly cancelation period, (if you do not have travel insurance); We try to re-rent the unit, if successful we will charge 15% commission on your reservation and refund the balance. WE HIGHLY ENCOURAGE you to purchase travel insurance to protect your trip! Cancellations due to COVID, Hurricanes, any acts of God, or Mother Nature are subject to the same conditions as our normal cancellation policy. No Exceptions!

Wonderful Location & Seamless Transactions with Florida Rentals
The Seawinds location was excellent. Sleeping with the door ajar and hearing the gentle waves was wonderful. Unit 1105 was nicely renovated. All the systems worked well. The storage closet contained a number of beach chairs and umbrellas which were very beneficial to enjoying our time on the beach.I do have a few recommendations: * Upon arrival, there was a soaking wet tour guide book and map on the chest in the living area; I disposed of this. * The bathroom sink in the second bedroom (the one with two twin beds) has the hot and cold water lines backwards; you need to turn the faucet to the left to get hot water. It took a few times to figure this out. * The screens to the balcony either require one to operate the door nearest the bed or next to the couch or operate the screens without the handles. This was not a big issue.All and all we enjoyed our stay and would welcome a return visit
