NOTE: This building will have construction being done on the 01 and 02 balconies starting August 5 and last thru October 2026. Noise maybe heard throughout the building! POOL will be closed August 3 till at least September 25! Beach access will be available! Lobby is currently under construction and unavailable. Tile floors on exterior being removed August 17-31 all dates are estimated bad weather could delay the projects.

This 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom beachfront corner unit on the 10th floor boasts breathtaking views of the crescent beach. The master bathroom has been recently updated with all-tile finishes, and the unit is equipped with three TVs and a DVD player. The master bedroom features a king bed, while the guest room offers twin beds. For added convenience, an in-unit washer and dryer are included. Amenities comprise a heated pool, jacuzzi, pickleball, and tennis courts. Located next to the Apollo, there is an on-site restaurant, and a short 10-minute walk north from the parking lot provides access to additional dining, and mini-golf.

EXIT CLEANING FEE may increase according to length of stay.

PARKING: Only 1 vehicle allowed per condo. There is a $50.00 parking fee collected at the front desk due by credit card on arrival.

CANCELLATIONS: 15% of the rental fee is retained if cancellation is made 60 days prior for weekly (90 days monthly rental). Condo App Fees, and Travel insurance is non-refundable. Inside the 60 days weekly/90-day monthly cancelation period, (if you do not have travel insurance); We try to re-rent the unit, if successful we will charge 15% commission on your reservation and refund the balance. WE HIGHLY ENCOURAGE you to purchase travel insurance to protect your trip! Cancellations due to COVID, Hurricanes, any acts of God, or Mother Nature are subject to the same conditions as our normal cancellation policy. No Exceptions!
