Once you have successfully completed this booking; a rental agent will call or email you from our office the next business day. Some extra paperwork will be emailed to you for this reservation to be finalized.
If you would like to pay by credit card there is an extra 2.5% fee which will be added to your rental.

Beautifully remodeled 1 Bedroom, 1 Bath condo directly across the street there is a private entrance to the beach.. No need to pay to wash and dry your laundry. This unit has a washer and dryer in the condo. Free Parking one spot assigned. The bedroom has a Queen bed and sleeper sofa in Livingroom. Heated Pool and BBQ area, pickleball area and shuffle board. Free Wifi and telephone in condo. Short walk to restaurants, shopping, the movies and mini golf.
EXIT CLEANING FEE may increase according to length of stay.

CANCELLATIONS must be made in writing at least 60 days prior to a WEEKLY RESERVATION scheduled arrival date. If it is a MONTLY RESERVATION it is 90 days prior. Cancellations received after that date will result in forfeiture of advance payment unless the unit is rebooked. All cancellations no matter when cancelled will be charged MIRP Booking Fee.
Please be aware that If you DO NOT take the travel insurance and you get sick and cannot make your trip you will not get your money back.
We DO NOT make exceptions for COVID.
