Don't pay $15 to park for the beach; walk to it! This beautiful 3-bedroom 2 bath home is a 6 Minute walk to the south beach entrance and a short walk 1/2 mile to restaurants, shopping, Marco Movies and mini golf. House was recently remodeled including all new furniture, pool area, etc. The Master Bedroom has a King Bed. The two Guest Bedrooms have a Queen Bed and 2 Twin Beds. There is a privacy fence around the house for extra privacy. Just a great house to stay. It has many extras. You will just need a car to shop for your food, walk to everything else you want to do on vacation. EXIT CLEANING FEE may increase according to length of stay.

Pools are heated to at least 85 degrees but the heater only works when the pool motor is on. It does not run 24 hours a day. It will loose some temperature overnight and once pool heater turns back on it will heat the pool again up to the set temperature. Most Heat Pumps automatically shut off when the temperature drops below 50 degrees Fahrenheit to prevent damage

CANCELLATIONS must be made in writing at least 60 days prior to a WEEKLY RESERVATION scheduled arrival date. If it is a MONTLY RESERVATION it is 90 days prior. Cancellations received after that date will result in forfeiture of advance payment unless the unit is rebooked. All cancellations no matter when cancelled will be charged MIRP Booking Fee.
Please be aware that If you DO NOT take the travel insurance and you get sick and cannot make your trip you will not get your money back.
