This house was in Bonita Springs, with many restaurants, stores and beaches nearby... House is very large with a very nice pool and chairs to sit around! Sleeps quite a few people with large bedrooms and kitchen. Very nice and quiet neighborhood - a family-friendly home that you will enjoy!

George K.Well maintained Villa in a quiet residential area
All of the homes in this gated community are well maintained. The home owners of Villa Grand Cayman maintain quality standards in their home furnishings, appliances, and kitchen dishes, cutlery, glasses. There is an abundance of kitchen aids and knives for cooking in. Closet spaces are generous. The lanai and pool are well maintained; plenty of beach/pool towels. The garage is spacious, and stores two bikes, beach and pool floats and noodles. Bedrooms and living room have up-to-date flat screen tvs. Even in an inflationary rental market; this home is worth it.
