We had absolutely fantastic stays at this condo! The views of the Gulf were simply breathtaking—morning coffee on the balcony felt like a dream every single day. The condo itself was beautifully decorated, with comfortable furniture that made it feel warm, inviting, and truly relaxing. Penny is hands down the best host ever—so kind, responsive, and genuinely committed to making sure our stay was perfect. You truly won’t find a nicer condo or a more wonderful host and hostess to work with. We can’t wait to come back!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in The Shoreline & The Sunset. I cannot say enough about Penny. She is such a pleasure to work with and the communication with her is over the top. The units are beautifully decorated and the king bed in each of the bedrooms is a plus. There is plenty of room in these units and the kitchen is fully stocked. I highly recommend staying in one of her units and we definitely will stay here again.

We have been going to PCB for over 60 years and have actually just found the absolutely perfect condo!!! Penny is the best owner we have evrr dealt with. Makes everything so easy snd perfect And the condo is Perfect in every way with a beautiful glass surrounding toward beach and pier No words can describe how fabulous this condo !! We go to PCB several times a year and will only stay here from now on, even when f have to change dates when available Thanks Penny for always taking such good care of us. 🥰

We were lucky to find this condo (Shoreline at Calypso) while searching for a long weekend in Panama City Beach. Our stay was in September and the weather was absolutely perfect. The photos do not do this place justice. Upon arrival at the condo, the directions were spot on and we had no issues getting in. As soon as you walk into the unit, you immediately feel like you're on vacation. The condo is stunning with high end furniture, artwork, and amenities. The beds are so comfortable (which is often hard to find with short-term rentals) and the mattresses/linens were perfection. We were a party of four and everyone slept so well. The condo was spotless, updated and the kitchen was well stocked with good quality pots/pans, dishes and utensils. The Keurig was nice to have and the kitchen has a full-size fridge/freezer with ice maker. Each bedroom has its own bathroom which makes it a great condo for couples traveling together, plenty of space and privacy. The beach access could not be more convenient - we spent a good amount of time out on the balcony. The furniture on the balcony is well appointed with great quality furniture which made it so comfortable - it became our favorite coffee spot in the morning. Owners were extremely communicative prior to our arrival and we had no reason to reach out during our stay because everything was in order. We have found our spot in PCB.

We had seen the pictures of the unit ahead of time, but they don’t do the actual condo just. Everything was so prestine right down to the balcony furniture and the amazing window seats. Even the towel sets were so beautifully set and placed on the beds. The board games provided were a great way to start each of our days. If we didn’t have to, we would have never left. Mrs. Penny went out of her way to make our’s and everyone else’s stay spectacular!!

My family was the first to stay at The Shoreline since its renovation. We had stayed there once before. Boy, were we surprised when we entered at all the changes. This place is very beautifully decorated. I love that now it has king sized beds in each bedroom. It is very spacious, and the kitchen was adequately stocked. The owner kept in touch with us to ensure there were no problems. Its location on the third floor where the garage to condo walkway is located is a plus. Can’t say enough about its close location to Pier Park and the pier. The sunsets from this condo’s windows were indescribable. Thanks for the memories!!
