Please call me if you have any questions. This is a well maintained condo. The resort rates it as deluxe, the highest rating The kitchen is well stocked. Plenty of space and the second bedroom is a mother in laws quarters with its own balcony.

Why this property? We have enjoyed this family friendly resort. This is a gated community with security patrols. This large property has 2 condos on it. You have access to both condos. The indoor swimming pool is great for cooler or wet weather. The arcade room keeps the gamers busy. There is a saunea and steamroom at the Pelican as well as a cafe. A fresh seafood place with a wonderful selection is a short walk from the condo. The location is great.

I'm very disappointed because I couldn't find a condo for September 4th through the 6.I wanted so much to celebrate my birthday in Florida with my daughter, my sister, my grandchildren and my nephews and nieces.

We Stayed during spring break. We had 6 stay in the condo, comfortably. The in house washer and dryer was a fantastic amenity! The kids (toddler aged) enjoyed the swimming boards. There are 2 beach chairs and a broken umbrella so couldn't use that but that wasn't a huge deal for us as we enjoyed just being in the sun!We primarily were at the heated pool just downstairs. We really enjoyed how few people used the pool versus the other one at the beachside pool. We never even went to the main entrance building where the other pool is except to check in. This condo provides a vacation away from the hustle and bustle of the spring break crowd at the beach that we ended up being very grateful for with 2 toddlers!I loved the several accesses to in house balconies and loved hanging out there throughout our stay during nap time.The walk to the beach with 2 toddlers was a walk for us but learned to just take the absolute necessities instead of the cooler, several towels, chairs, etc. We did take a wagon purchased specifically for the beach, but it broke in the sand.We were not prepared for the completely empty cabinets as far as basic condiments, salt/pepper, non stick spray, dish soap, etc. There is a walmart about 10 minutes down the road so go there instead of the costly Winn Dixie.The location is great and is close to a lot of restaurants. We felt safe and even left our belongings on a hitch during the day on checkin day and no one bothered the stuff. We recommend the Dewey Destin restaurant that is north of the Harbor. There are 2 locations. One is a smaller shack style location but has excellent seafood and we watched the sunset that evening.Overall, we really enjoyed the condo, the location, space available, the owner was friendly and prompt to answer questions and provided a phone number to contact her if we needed. The biggest hurdle for us was waiting until 5pm to get into the condo just to have to turn around and go to busy Winn Dixie for small items so that we could cook. Not a huge deal, but something to note for a future stay!The king bed was super comfy and there were tons of towels, wash cloths, etc. In all of the bathrooms.We would highly recommend this condo for a comfortable and spacious stay.**A side note, the table in the living room has a loose glass top, so BEWARE of kiddos playing around it with their toys.**
