2. Doors: Remember to lock all sliding doors and the outside terrace door everytime you leave the appartment
3. Cleaning: Please do not leave liquids on wood floors or put hot pans on the quartz counter. If you want a cleaning service during your stay, it is available at an additional cost
4. A/C: Please remember to close all the doors and windows when the A/C unit is in operation as humidity accumulation can cause freezing of units and disfunction. Please keep the A/C at appropriate temperatures.
5. Trash: Please do not leave trash bags outside the front door, there is a waste bin available to resident outside.
6. Wifi: If you have any issue with the wifi, disconnect and reconnect the router.
7. Pets: No pets (including service animals) are allowed at any time in the property due to owner allergies
8. Loud Noises: No loud noises will be tolerated in this property
9. Fireworks: Tenant agrees that there will no use of fireworks anywhere on the property.
10. Home Use: Tenant shall use the property for legal purposes only and other use, such as but not limited to ,illegal drug use,
