When the sun is setting, relax with a glass of wine on your private balcony overlooking miles of white sand beach and the Gulf and then later take in the lights of Clearwater Beach to the North at night.

The primary bedroom has a walk-in closet, full ensuite bath (featuring bath/shower, new comfort-height toilet and recently installed vanity/sink/hardware) and sliding glass doors to a spacious balcony overlooking the beach and ocean. The balcony is also accessible from the living room. The second bedroom features a large closet, dresser and a view of the Intracoastal Waterway to the east. The second washroom is conveniently located across the hall, with shower, new comfort-height toilet and recently installed vanity/sink/fixtures.

With tile flooring throughout (no carpet) and updated kitchen and bathrooms, this 1100 sq ft unit is the perfect home away from home. Modern, fully equipped kitchen features granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. Dining table seats four plus optional kitchen bar seating for two. Cable and high-speed internet included. Brand new smart tv so you can stream Netflix, Amazon Prime etc.

Beautiful, heated ocean-side pool. Covered parking spot on 2nd level., located very close to the building entry and elevator. On-site security (gated). Convenient location with the Shoppes on Sand Key just across the street, including excellent restaurants, coffee shops, convenience store with all the essentials (including wine!), nail salon, ice cream store and charming coastal-themed shops along a waterfront boardwalk.

Enjoy the tranquility of the beach right outside, or hop on the Jolly Trolley to take in the fun and excitement of Clearwater Beach across the bridge, just a mile away. An ideal location for all ages!

Strict 28-night minimum rental period. Min 7 days notice and $150 application fee required by Condo Association with rental application. Laundry shared among 8 units on the floor (just down the fresh-air hallway). Kids allowed, but we have open balconies on the 10th floor so not appropriate for small children and climbers! Unfortunately, this building does not allow guests to bring pets. *One Month Minimum Rental Period*

Area Information

Just one mile south of the action at famous Clearwater Beach, Sand Key is quiet and made up primarily of condo buildings and a couple of high-end hotels. Excellent shops and restaurants located across the street at the Shoppes on Sand Key mean you can easily run out and grab the essentials (including wine!) when you need to and don't feel like getting in a car.

Sand Key State Park is a 10 minute walk north on the beach. Famous Clearwater Beach is just a mile north across the bridge (walkable).
