Perfect condo for a couple. Everything we needed as shown in all the pictures. Even designated parking on the same floor as the condo, very convenient. Communication with the owner was quick and positive. We were missing a coffee carafe on arrival, sent an email and one was delivered the very next morning! Only downfall was they closed the heated pool for maintenance our entire stay of 8 nights and in February the beautiful outdoor pool is not heated. We’d definitely recommend this condo!!

706 is a cute, clean condo that I rented for just myself a few nights. Great view and low enough to You're the waves crashing, the fountain and other things going on below. The condo itself is rather bare in terms of supplies, but they do have the basic necessities such as a frying pan, silverware, dish soap. Bed was comfortable and The Roku TV was set up with basic apps such as Netflix, YouTube already. Room is close to the elevators and the parking deck which is convenient. Didn't have any noise issues as some of the Google reviews state. Really depends on the time of year and the crowd of course. This is most certainly a family resort, expect a pool full of kids splashing, diving, very little quiet corners for adults although they can be found if you swim from end to end. I feel that some of the personal touch from renting from a private owner was lost and renting from a real estate company, as there was a lot of correspondence, contracts, deposits, instructions, requests, rather elaborate in my opinion. Regardless, for the price I would stay in this condo again.

We love this condo! It was our second time staying in 706. Farrah is so attentive. It means a lot to me when booking that the owner is local. This studio is the perfect size for my family of 3. We enjoyed our stay and will be back!

The room was a perfect fit for what I needed. I liked the location and it was close to everything. Liked being able to walk to my car that was located on same level as the room. Pool area was cleaned every morning and the workers did a great job.

I stayed here with my wife and our seven-year-old daughter. The place was incredibly clean, well-equipped with extra blankets, pillows, towels, etc. There was a wonderful coffee pot and a great set of dishes, cups, utensils, and other items. The view from the balcony overlooking the pool and the beach is excellent. The property owner/manager reached out during the the week to check on us and make sure we were enjoying the space. I highly recommend booking!
