Welcome to our beautiful 3-bedroom 2-bathroom ADA and Pet Friendly pool home with stunning views of the golf course in Southern Dunes! Our spacious and luxurious home with a private pool/hot tub, fully stocked kitchen, and a master bedroom ensuite with pool views, you'll never want to leave. Our home is located in a prime location between Disney and Legoland, close to restaurants and shopping areas. Whether you're here to golf, explore the area, or simply relax and unwind, our home is the perfect place to do it all.
The space
As you enter our spacious and modern home, you'll be greeted by a bright and airy dining area that can seat up to 6 people and is perfect for enjoying meals together. The living room is tastefully decorated and features comfortable leather seating, a large smart flat-screen TV + Cable with plenty of natural light. Adjacent to the living area is the kitchen that is fully stocked with everything you need to cook up a storm and enjoy meals together. Whether you're a gourmet chef or prefer simple meals, our kitchen has everything you need to prepare and enjoy delicious food.
Our bedrooms are beautifully furnished with comfortable beds, high-quality linens, and plenty of storage space for your belongings. The master bedroom features a king-sized bed, a private en-suite bathroom, and direct access to the pool area with stunning views of the golf course. The second bedroom has a bunk bed with full sized bed at the bottom and twin on top and the third bedroom have comfortable queen-sized bed and share a second bathroom. This home is all vinyl flooring Zero Carpets!
Our outdoor space is truly amazing, with a private pool & hot tub with pool hoist/rail for safety with a breathtaking views of the golf course. There's a large patio area with comfortable seating and a dining table with a Large smart flat screen TV and a modern fan that makes it perfect for enjoying meals outdoors. You will never miss another game or TV show. We also have a BBQ grill for those who love to cook outdoors.
The home is stocked with the following starter items:
a. One (1) nights Body wash, Shampoo, Conditioner and lotion
b. Two (2) bath towels, Two (2) wash cloths per room
c. One (1) roll of toilet paper per bathroom
d. One roll of paper towel in the Kitchen, two (2) garbage bags, small dish
washing liquid and one (1) sponge.
e. Eight (8) Pool Towels
Our Community Southern Dunes is one of the best and most economical golf course here in Central Florida. The community is safe with 24/7 security and excellent for biking or walking and you be in walking distance from the golf club.

ShekaylaThis house has so many advantages. It’s very close to everything from supermarkets, retail stores and restaurants. It’s also 35 mins away from LegoLand which was a plus for us.The house itself is very nice and clean to most standards! The only downside was that in the kids room the bottom bunk sheets wasn’t clean (stains on the comforter and the fitted/ flat sheet looked used. Due to this we ended up removing them and using our own. This is a pet friendly home which we completely missed in the description! We do have a slight allergy to pet dander which sucked.The community is gated so you definitely feel secure. Our interactions with the host was pretty good with a timely response!I would recommend a heater for the pool and not just the spa especially during the cooler months! The spa water level is lowered at night so we couldn’t go out to enjoy it. Beds are very comfortable and decorated nicely. The pictures doesn’t do it any justice.Overall we enjoyed our stay.

RobShelter from the storm. LM Luxury helped us when we needed to evacuate from Hurricane Ian. Communication was immediate and my family and dogs had a lovely place to ride out the storm in a gated community. Very clean and comfortable stay. As advertised. Thank you LM Luxury.

LindaStayed with three adults but brought over wheelchair bound person. Just bump up front door and easily could maneuver around. Great location. Walking neighborhood and walk to Walmart. House was clean and comfortable. Pool little too hot but it is September. No fans in second, third bedroom or on patio. Garbage/recycle cans were full as no communication to put cans out for pickup. Garage empty which was fine for us but some renters might like games. Loved this house. My first choice and we rented four others in the last four years.

VictoriaGreat place! The stay was very comfortable and clean. Fast communication! Only thing that I was bothered on was the pool cleanness but it was taken care of. I would definitely rebook this place though. It was surrounded by a lot of stores which was amazing.
