☆ 2 Bathrooms ☆
Wash up after a day at the beach in one of the two spacious full bathrooms. Each bathroom is stocked with fresh towels (including pool towels) and a starter pack of basic toiletries for your convenience (you will need to replenish these)

One bathroom is ensuite to the master bedroom and includes a large double vanity with plenty of counter space. There's also a shower and tub combination, so you have your choice of shower or bath. The other bathroom also has a shower and tub combination and bright lighting.

☆ KITCHEN & LOUNGE ☆
The lovely kitchen is outfitted with modern appliances, including a dishwasher, blender, toaster, and refrigerator, and all the cookware, utensils, and cooking basics you need to whip up a delicious meal for your loved ones. You'll find kitchen basics like salt, pepper, olive oil, and a variety of spices to use at your convenience.

☆ OUTSIDE SPACE ☆
Located just outside the lounge is a screened-in sunroom. So you can enjoy snacks or drinks while taking in the fresh air. Keep in mind it's not fenced.

1-car garage and driveway for up to 2 cars. Street parking is not allowed but there is extra vehicle parking around the neighborhood if you need more space.

Dogs are allowed at the property - maximum of 3 pets.

Jen’s place is highly recommend for travelers visiting Panama City Beach area. The cozy family house is located in a quiet and safe neighborhood and beach is only 5 minutes drive. We liked the homely vibe and interior design. Jen is a wonderful host. Check in was super easy and Jen was always very responsive. Overall, we had a great family vacation time at this house.

Jen was so accommodating and friendly. The place is in a great location close to everything. We traveled with my cousin who is in a wheelchair and Jen’s place was very friendly for us to share as a family. It had everything we needed. Games and amenities. If we ever travel to PCB again we will love to stay here again!

Area Information

This is an HOA gated community with night time security

Getting around:

We are 1 mi away from beach access

Driving takes 3 minutes. Every 1 mile there is a beach access and every now and then. Each beach access has FREE parking.

The 2 community pools is approximately 300 yards away or a 5 minute walk. Guests are able to access at their leisure with in code provided in reservation between April - October (Closed During the Winter Nov - March).

Attractions Within Walking Distance

We are 2 blocks away from the Gulf Of Mexico, less than a block from the Shipwreck Water Park, Publix Grocery Store and many beloved restaurants.

Favorite Places To Eat

Hungry but don't want to drive? Walk to Another Broken Egg , Bella Roma, or Lotus Cafe & Juice Bar (8 minute walks) which are both located right outside of the neighborhood!
