The view is fantastic from your balcony or even your sofa. We saw dolphins frolicking by, especially when the ocean was calm. This place is updated, clean and comfortable. The king size beds were very comfy, we slept well. Very nice bathrooms, walk in shower in suite. We would have liked a more furnished kitchen. The cooking utensils weren't great, some fell apart everytime you'd wash them. And there should have been more items, we ended up buying some to use and then take home The toaster oven was just ok, pretty low end and no toaster, but we made due. They had lots of flatware, glassware & dishes to use. It should have some leftover type containers, we also bought some. We had to ask for beach towels, there was only 1 that could be used for that. No locker with this unit so no beach chairs etc. We again, purchased chairs for the beach. Those are things, we felt, should have been provided. Overall, we enjoyed our stay here and would recommend it. As for Peck Plaza, it currently has only one working elevator and the hot tub wasn't available the entire time we were there (a month), which was disappointing but expect it will open soon. It has many amenities for guests such as a heated pool, pickleball court, pool table, large deck with lounges and patio tables/chairs. There is beach access which isn't available at every location due to hurricane damage. Look forward to returning.

Very nice view , Low Floor, Very Clean Unit , no issues with Unit what so ever ! We had Southern Exposure Unit , Quiet Building , Only issue lower parking garage for our pickup needed to park out but wasn't a issue , Would rent again !!!
