Centrally located in Panama City Beach, FL, the Long Beach Resort is close to many great shops, restaurants and activities for all ages.
*** Starting August 18th, 2025, the resort will be undergoing building improvements which is expected to last till March 13th, 2026. Construction hours are 7am - 5pm Monday through Saturday; it will be noisy. The east Polynesian pool will be closed (large Lagoon pool is open) from 8/28/2025 to 11/28/2025 and the large Lagoon pool will be closed (east Polynesian pool will be open) from There will be no balcony access from Nightly rates have been reduced during this time span. ***
This Tower 1, 8th floor unit has been beautifully updated with new stainless steel appliances in a fully equipped kitchen. Additionally, we provide a brand new front load washer and dryer, elegant white quartz countertops in the kitchen and bathroom, a comfortable couch with a deluxe queen 6" memory foam pull out mattress for maximum comfort, stylish high-top bar stools , a plush leather swivel /rocker recliner, and an extremely comfortable king size bed. This unit offers the most private and widest balconies on the beach with bar height patio furniture.
The minimum age to stay at this property is 25 (per HOA guidelines).
A starter pack of trash bags, paper products, and toiletries are provided which should last a couple of days. Guests should be prepared to bring additional supplies for longer stays.

Emerald Bay Escape is a very comfortable, relaxing and an inviting space that is beautifully decorated with many small upgrades that many other hosts won't offer, that we feel is a necessity for providing a great experience to you, our valued guests. Here are a few examples of small necessities that makes Emerald Bay Escape a better choice:
1. We provide premium linens (sheets and towel) that are not part of a laundry exchange service. The last thing you want for you beach vacation is scratchy sheets or paper thin towels. This small upgrade will make a big difference in the comfort of your stay!
2. We understand and recognize the importance of having a clean and tidy place. That is why we partner with the best cleaning professionals in the area to insure when you check-in, there will never be any doubt that the home has been thoroughly cleaned.
3. The furniture is top notch. Starting with the inside, we provided a super comfortable king size bed, a stylish and comfy couch (with a deluxe queen size memory sleeper sofa), a plush leather recliner that rocks and swivels, a quaint coastal dining area for four and updated barstools. Moving outdoor to the balcony, again, we wanted to provide comfortable and relaxing furnishings that enables our guests to enjoy the beautiful, breathtaking Gulf views and spectacular sunsets! On the balcony we offer bar height table and swivel chair set, which provides for better views over the balcony railing. We also added two bar height Adirondack chairs for an alternative viewing area. Another nice upgrade is the ceiling fan and dim light (Turtle and wildlife friendly!) on the balcony.
4. We've updated all of the kitchen appliances with stainless steel and replaced all of the counter surfaces with a clean white quartz. We've upgraded the washer and dryer with a large capacity, stackable, front load unit. Both TV's are large flat panel Smart TV's with cable offered and streaming services capable.

We provide 4 beach chairs, an umbrella and sand toys within our unit and you can go as close to the water as you want or create a space that is relaxing for you and your group. Here is the problem with that service or offer, on busy days, there aren't enough chairs for the amount of guests that have this "included" with their rental and then guests are left without something they thought they were getting as a perk or benefit. The property was beautiful and well maintained! The pools were clean and very enjoyable! One of the pools we liked was heated- that's a plus for an evening swim!! We had great views from the balcony and saw lots of dolphins.Wendy and John were the best hosts ever!! (It was the best vacation I've ever had!)The kitchen was equiped with all the necessary utensils, cookware, coffee pots, etc. We were provided with coffee pods, too!! The bathroom came complete with toiletries including a nice white bath mat!!(The unit smelled fresh and clean the moment we opened the door!)I'll definitely tell my friends and family about our stay at Long Beach Resort --unit 802 -tower #1. Our trip was absolutely fantastic! We had fabulous communication and understanding from the hosts. The room was exactly as we expected, the pictures were on point, and the room was very clean. When we decided on PCB as a destination, we spent an entire afternoon on the internet looking at dozens of places. This condo was selected based on pictures, pricing, and views of the beach from the room. The hosts were a pleasure to work with. We had an amazing time during our short stay. Everything was exactly as described, we had no issues finding what we needed for our stay. The access to the resort was easy and secure, and friendly security staff. The bed was amazing, most comfortable bed we had ever slept on. As soon as we walked in the room, the beach decor in the condo really set the tone for our completely relaxing and enjoyable beach paradise weekend. If and when we make it back to PCB, I will check availability with these hosts first, and try to get the exact same room for our stay.

Great gulf front condo with access to the beach just steps from the elevator. Provides the basic’s in the kitchen you will need all your own cooking supplies (oil,salt,pepper,etc.) close to the touristy stuff to do. Lots of seafood and beach fare restaurants in the area. Hosts very responsive.

This condo is perfection! The view is absolutely breathtaking! The condo was decorated beautifully! And pristine clean! Bed was really comfortable. Kitchen was very well equipped (although I don’t cook on vacation) It is even more beautiful than the pictures! You couldn’t ask for a better beachfront condo It is close to shops and restaurants The lagoon pool was great also The hosts we quick to answer any questions I had. Check in and out was super easy Hubby and I are already planning on going back next year for our anniversary again but hope to stay a few more days than we did this time we hated to leave!!

The condo was perfect for my husband and I! The unit was tastefully decorated and the balcony was wonderful for views of the sunset!I would rate cleanliness- a 5 star!! From top to bottom, the unit was prestine!The kitchen was fully equiped with cooking supplies, utensils, and appliances. We were provided with dishwasher tabs, dish soap, paper towels, sponges, etc. The bathroom was supplied with high quality toiletries including my favorite bath and body lotions. This beachfront condo has everything going for it. Upon entering, the stunning ocean view grabs ones attention through the full wall window that spans both the living area and bedroom. The living areas are beautifully decorated with coordinated colors in furniture, rugs, pillows and bedding. The kitchen is modern and well equipped with new appliances. A spacious balcony is furnished with a perfect combination of comfortable furniture. The beach and ocean views are terrific from the eighth floor. This condo is perfectly located on PCB within a short distance to all the attractions, restaurants and shopping. The resort staff was friendly, professional and most helpful. Security staff was top notch. Finally, a visit to this terrific condo was made perfect with the assistance from the wonderful owners, John and Wendy. Communication with John & Wendy prior to checking in was so easy & quick. This condo was the best rental for us compared to any of our previous beach vacation rentals. The unit was spacious, exceptionally clean, well equipped and beautifully decorated in light & airy soothing shades of blue. We loved that they had wall to wall sliding glass doors in the living room & bedroom that both led out to the private balcony & provided an awesome view of the water. Both of these rooms had the most unique ceiling fans with blades that resembled sails on a sailboat, they were so neat! We appreciated the oversized balcony where we sat & enjoyed many meals while listening to the sound of the waves and saw breathtaking sunsets. We were especially thankful for the beach umbrella & beach chairs the owners provided to keep us comfortable while we were at the beach, that was so great! We were happy to see the condo had a small restaurant/bar & a huge pool with plenty of shade, for when we had enough sun on the beach. We definitely will be rent this unit again!!
