Low density complex with first come first serve boat slips. 2 bedrooms, one with king bed one with queen and a pullout sofa with Tempur-Pedic mattress. Take your pick of spending your day on the beach, at the river, or the pool. Fully stocked with all your kitchen needs, a pack and play for the littlest guests and all the gear you may need at the beach.

With the usual kid friendly tourist trappings of Orange Beach, Adventure Island, Fat Daddy's Arcade, Laser Tag and Movies at the Wharf. Roller Coasters at OWA. Sorry, you're probably not going to have time to do it all.

About the owner: My husband and I were first drawn to this area because of the great boating and have been bringing our boat down here for a couple years. We fell in love with area, we never run out of fun things to do and restaurants to visit. The area met our needs when we were a couple looking to go out and have a good time and still meets our needs now that we are a family of four.
Why this property? Because it truly is the best of both worlds, bring the boat and keep it at the dock. When the waves are too big to go out on the boat, then go have fun at the beach. Close to Pensacola with direct flights to ATL.

We had the best stay at this condo. You get the best of both worlds. You can fish the river off the dock or a short walk across the street gets you beach access. The beach isn’t too crowded. Plus a short car ride gets you to the flora bama with live music and great food!! Would 100% recommend.
