South Seas Club - Beachfront Beauty on Marco Island - Tower IV 707

Good location on the north end of the beach

I’m a walker so this condo complex allows me to walk to town and also walk to all the shopping areas in the town. Plus, the pool area is very nice and the beach close by. Many restaurants are walkable also. We have rented the same condo for many years and like the area and the South Sea Towers in general. Gated security and plenty of parking plus the grounds and surrounding areas are lovely.

Lovely Condo on Marco Island, Florida

My friend and I have stayed at a beautiful condo at South Seas in Marco Island, Florida for quite a few years now. It is in Tower 4 and faces the gorgeous pool and beach. It is close to restaurants and shopping and access to many other sites of interest nearby. The condo is furnished lovely and very clean. Cleanliness is a must for us. It is 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with lots of amenities available. We highly recommend this condo.

Always a retreat

Staying at Bill and Lorraine‘s place it’s always a retreat. This is our fourth year returning to their condo. It’s in immaculate, has all the necessities, beach towels, chairs, even binoculars to see ships out in the ocean. My husband and I highly recommend their rental. Plus, Bill and Lorraine are joy to book through.

Condo on the beach

We’ve rented the same condo in South Seas Tower 4 for close to 10 years I’m thinking and continue to return thanks to the proximity of shopping, restaurants, downtown and of course the beach. Condo is well stocked with any needs you might have and owners are nice to work with. The large balcony stretches from living room past both bedrooms with a bird’s eye view of both the pool and beach. We’ll be returning again next year, God willing!

Great vacation rental on Marco Island

We had a great time staying for a week at this condo. It is a 2BR unit on the 7th floor of tower 4 of the South Seas Club. It has a great beachfront view of the ocean. The beach is very wide so the walk to the beach is actually about a half mile. A beach cart is provided which helps to bring the beach chairs back and forth. The condo is well stocked with supplies. It has a huge balcony overlooking the pool and the ocean. There is a laundry across the hall. Car parking in the adjacent garage is included. Lorraine is an excellent host. On the way in, we picked up the keys at a realtor's office about a half mile away, which was prearranged after we paid in full. Lorraine provides lots of information and recommendations up front about what to do upon arrival (get a week long parking pass from the HOA, etc.), restaurant reviews and recommendations, activities locally that they have enjoyed in the past, and details about living in the condo. We would definitely stay here again if we return to Marco Island!

South Seas Condo

Always amazing

When summer ends and we know winter is just 4 months later, our joy is knowing we will be in Marco in January. it’s our 3rd year back with this condo. Booking is easy and the place is immaculate. The view is always breathtaking and the pickleball courts are fantastic. We love this condo! The condo owners are fab too and great communicators.

Great beachfront condo with an awesome view!

The communication between the owner, Lorraine, and also the Marco rental agency was excellent. The condo was great and provided everything we needed for our beach vacation, so we didn’t have to worry about bringing things such as towels or going to buy an umbrella, chairs or cooler. A beach wagon for pulling it all was even provided. We also appreciated all of the little extras provided, such as paper towels and dish/hand soaps. The view from the balcony was amazing. The location and complex overall were awesome. Even enjoyed the pickleball courts! We definitely recommend and would love to stay again!

Great Condo easy booking super service and CLEAN

Had a great time in unit 707 just a week agoCleancomfywell stocked and equippednext to elevator which was no issue, quiet and didn't noticelaundry was same floor and across the hall almost and reasonablelots of roombeach wagon was awesome to have, lots of toys and umbrellas etcresort was clean and tidy and the enforced the rules at the pool which is awesomeparking was great, secure gated entrance was awesome as wellcheck in and check out was a breeze, picked up keys just down the street, which some may say a hassle but it gives you a chance to see whats around, and really only 2 minutes down the roadbeach is amazing, bit of a walk, but easy walk as it hard packed till you get to shore, and beach wagon was so useful and easy to pull that is was no issue at all even in 90 degreesthe view is nice, the balcony is HUGE, condo is quiet, newer easy to open sliders, both bedrooms had walk outs.we were very very happy and enjoyed our time.Lorraine was super easy to work with, and met all expectations, we have traveled all over florida and must say this booking was easy peeezy, and will not hesitate to book again. Awesome condo

Condo happiness

We loved our stay at South Seas. The condo was clean, plenty of linens, fully equipped kitchen, nice size rooms and plenty of space. There were a lot of rules and directions to follow, but if I owned this condo, I would do the same. A tad dated with furniture, but that’s esthetics. We would definitely rent here again.

Peace and relaxation

My wife spent two weeks at this condo the last two weeks of April. We have come to this condo several years in a row, and we wouldn’t keep coming back if we didn’t enjoy the accommodations and the island itself. The view from the condo is spectacular. The condo is clean and has been updated. Everything you could possibly need for your stay is included in the condo. We couldn’t ask for a better place to stay, and neither will you.The South Seas complex is a wonderful place to stay. The grounds are impeccable. You can walk to the beach or just around the grounds. Make sure you check out the burrowing owls at the entrance! The grounds are secured with a guard station at the entrance. We feel totally safe at the complex.If you come once, I’m sure you will come again and again.

The owners could not be nicer

I want to highlight how special the interaction I had with Lorraine. If I had a question before or during our visit, she responded so quickly and friendly. By the end of our trip, she wrote to say that she enjoyed our chats. But that was not the end of it. One day after our stay, I realized that I left my jewelry at the condo! My husband told me not to worry, because Lorraine would make sure it got back to me and she did.

Our annual beachfront oasis

We absolutely love this place for many reasons. First, the owners (Bill and Lorraine) and rental company staff are amazing to work with and always quick to reply. The condo is so organized and impeccably clean. The king mattress is so comfortable that I looked to see what kind of mattress it is so I could purchase one for my home. The twin beds are comfy too. The kitchen is fully supplied with everything you need. They even have beach chairs, umbrellas, beach toys for kids, and beach towels. Although there are plenty of channels to watch on the tv, Lorraine has movies, books, puzzles, games, and plenty of other options. The unit is close to the elevator, washer/dryer room, and trash chute. The condo overlooks the pool and has a breathtaking view of the beach and ocean. If we could, we'd give this a 10-star rating! South Seas complex is amazing too with pickleball, tennis, and bocchi ball. It's simply the best!

Christmas in Marco Island

Your place was lovely and we so enjoyed it. We’ve rented lots of condos over the years and yours, by far, was stocked the best. I told the ladies at the rental office when I returned the keys. You thought of everything we needed for the beach….even down to freezer blocks for the coolers. The kitchen had everything and I loved there being salt/pepper, dishwasher pods, dish liquid, garbage bags, etc. The beds and pillows were great. We all got very good rest. My husband who calls himself a pillow snob slept great on your pillows. We also loved the complex. We played pickle ball everyday and felt comfortable letting the kids be at the pool and go from the beach to the condo without us at times.

Fabulous

My wife and I stayed in building 4 unit 707 the week of July 3-10 and could not have been more pleased. Everything we needed was included in this condo including a beautiful view of the beach. The building sits on beautifully manicured grounds and is close to everything.The owners and realtor are great to work with. As the owners say, "just bring your bathing suit." It is truly all you need.We will be sure to stay there again next time we leave Sarasota for Marco Island

First beach condo rental did Not disappoint!

This was the first time we rented a condo. We are normally a hotel family, but our teenage daughter was bringing a friend with her, so we needed 2 rooms. From immediately after renting this condo, until after checking out, the communication from Lorraine, the owner, and also the property managers was fantastic! As other reviews mention, Lorraine has everything that you would need for the beach in the condo. The walk out to the beach from the condo is almost a half of a mile, so be prepared to walk on a beautiful beach to get to the water. The location is so close to many restaurants that were easy to walk to. The view from inside the condo and also from the balcony was so peaceful and relaxing. The condo looks just like the pictures show it. Wonderful experience. On a side note, the hot water heating wasn't working when we went to take our first showers. I called and left a message with the property managers on a Saturday, and someone called back very shortly, telling me that they had already called out a plumber, and we did not need to wait for the plumber, We went to the beach, and came back a few hours later, and it was fixed. Very well done!

Perfect condo with amazing ocean & beach front views

The beach and ocean views are amazing and the location is perfect! The condo was equipped with everything we needed from having beach chairs to even providing a pull cart to carry all of our gear. The beds are SO comfy and we even slept better here than at our own home. We took advantage of the amenities: pickleball, tennis, and the workout room. The heated pool was wonderful! The condo owners are fantastic communicators and their instructions were so helpful. We will definitely be booking again if we don't buy a condo by then. We loved Marco Island!

Wonderful Experience

Our stay at this home was wonderful! The location was perfect because we didn't have a car and we were able to walk everywhere. The home was lovely and clean. We loved that is sits right on the beach. The pool is really nice and clean - and heated. We would definitely stay here again.

Slice of heaven in Marco

We’ve stayed in Marco for several years now and always in the South Sea Towers. Our last 4-5 years have been in the same condo in Tower 4 Unit 707 that is owned by Bill and Lorraine Innes. Their condo is always clean and well stocked with what we need. They are also looking out for our best interest anytime we’re down there and any issues or problems have been addressed immediately. We love the friendliness of the island and some great boutique shopping also. Lots of outdoor restaurants which were a requirement during this crazy Covid time. We love the beach there and our balcony view of the pool and the gulf. We also enjoy the Hemingway shuttle service out to Keewaydin Island and observe the dolphins on our way. Always one of our must do’s. The pool is lovely here and we spend most our time there. Can’t go wrong in Marco and our owners are awesome!

Marco Magic All Over Again

My wife and I just returned from our annual stay on beautiful Marco Island. We’ve been to the Riviera Maya region in Mexico, the Dominican Republic, and Jamaica, but by far, our favorite place to vacation is Marco Island.Of the several condos we have rented over the years, unit 707 in Tower 3 of the South Seas complex is the best. The view is spectacular, it is clean, it has been totally updated, and it is always well equipped. Having a full kitchen allows us the opportunity to cook at the condo when we want, and having a second bedroom and a second full bathroom provides us the opportunity to invite friends or relatives to come and stay with us. With patio doors off both bedrooms and the living room, which all lead to a covered lanai, we always spend a lot of time outdoors just relaxing.We are already booked for next year and we can’t wait to go back.

Perfect location and wonderfully appointed.

Great location on the beach. Close to all Marco Island has to offer. A quick drive into Big Cypress and the Everglades for the more adventurous. Fishing in the area is also first class.

Perfect week in Ohio to jet off to Florida

We had a wonderful stay in this comfy, well equipped condo! Everything we needed, including fantastic beach views. We walked to nearby restaurants, long walks down Tigertail and South Marco Beach. The water, the surf, the sand and the seashells never fail to give a perfect respite and recharge. The beautiful new heated pool was so nice to lounge by too. This condo has everything you need for a vacation in paradise!

Lovely condo with awesome views from balcony

We've stayed in this condo many times now and continue to go back. The owners are responsive and have stocked it well and kept it updated. We love our location on the island and it's easy to walk to several near by restaurants. The balcony is our favorite spot that we could spend all day on. The pool and beach area are well taken care of just as the outdoor property is as well. People are helpful and kind in the building and we see many of the same faces returning time after time. Marco Island is a treasure in itself but we think the South Seas Towers are an exceptional place to stay.

Marco Island In The Spring

My wife and I just returned from another great trip to Marco Island. We go every year about the same time (late April) and as soon as we are finished with our trip, we go ahead and book the same trip for the following year. Some of our friends ask us why we travel to Florida that late in the year. Well, no sooner had we left home and our city in Wisconsin got dumped on with 21 inches of snow!We have stayed at a number of different condos at the South Seas, and without doubt, Unit #707 in Tower 4 is our favorite. It has a great view, has been completely updated, and is fully stocked with just about anything we need. When we arrive, we know it will be spotless and ready to move into. We have stayed at this condo for a number of years now and we will always book it if it is available.Last year, we even went to Marco in August for our wedding anniversary and had a great time. There is never a bad time of year to travel to Marco Island.If you've never traveled to Marco Island, I would highly recommend it. The beach is wonderful for walking, shelling, and swimming. The people are friendly and always willing to help. Restaurants are great and so are the other activities you can engage in (i.e. sailing, air boats down in the Everglades, shopping in Naples, etc...). We are never bored - just relaxed. (I should also mention the beds in Unit 707 are really comfortable, so after a day at the beach and a good dinner, we are ready to go to bed and get a good night's sleep.Come on down sometime and see what you are missing!
