Zelie Beach Paradise House is located on the East end of Panama City Beach offers guests a 3-bedroom w/ loft area, 3.5 baths: Sleeps 12 people and offers guests a heated private pool.
This multi-level home offers plenty of space for everyone in the party to their own space, while all still being together. This home is located on a quiet residential street, down the street from Schooners Beach Bar and is a 2 minute walk to the Gulf.

Kitchen: Fully Stocked, includes both Keurig & Regular Coffee Maker

Laundry Room: Washer, Dryer, Iron & Ironing Board *starter pack of laundry Soap provided.

Bedroom 1 w/ attached Bathroom: Queen bed, 40 inch ROKU tv & shared full bath w/ shower/tub combo, entrance to pool area.
Back Patio: Offers a heated Pool, lounge chairs & sitting area
2nd Level:
Bedroom 2: Master Bedroom w/ King Bed, Private Balcony, 40 in ROKU tv & Private Bath including stand up shower, garden tub & water closet.
Bedroom 3: Twin/ Full Bed w/ 55 inch ROKU TV, Private Bath w/ tub/shower combo & toilet

3rd Level Loft: Queen/ Queen Bunk Beds w/ twin trundle, Half Bath, 55 inch ROKU wall mounted TV & Air Hockey table. The top balcony is just off this room.
Top Balcony OFF Level 3 :
Table w/ 6 chairs & 3 Polywood High Top Chairs, beautiful views of the Gulf of Mexico.

Parking: Max 4 cars can park in driveway - no parking on the street or in the grass area

Ring Camera Notice: For your protection & ours, we have a ring camera on the house which records audio & video of the entrance. Do Not tamper with or cover the ring camera. If you cover OR tamper with camera - you will be evicted & no refund will be given.

From October 1st to April 30th the pool will only be able to be heated upon request after booking. If a guest wishes to have the pool heated during those months a request will be added to your second payment of $50.00 a day plus tax. This request must be taken care of by the second payment in order to have the pool heated during your stay for the months listed above. You must pay for the entire length of the stay. If the request isn't taken care of by the second payment guests will not be able to have the pool heated during the stay. No exceptions. This request is nonrefundable after it's requested.
Things To Note:

We provide a Starter Pack only of amenities, just to get you through the first night, not for your entire stay.

Rental Agreement must be completed & Copy of driver's license MUST be sent to secure reservation; we will not send check in info till both are sent to management.

Renter Must Be 25 @ & must be present during the entire stay, we also do Not allow 3rd party bookings.

No unregistered guests allowed in the property; violation of this rule will result in immediate eviction with no refunds given. We DO NOT allow extra guests - including children under 2 years of age, we count heartbeats - and only allow the number of occupants, that the unit sleeps – No Exceptions will be made.

No Smoking - If any signs of smoking are documented, the renter agrees to pay a $500.00 fine.

Check out time is 10 AM: if you are not out of the unit by 10:15 am, you agree to be charged 50.00 per half hour until all guests have completely vacated the unit.

Check in time is 4 PM: we Do Not allow early check in during prime season. Guests are Not allowed on property until 4pm OR until they receive the door code from our office, whichever comes first.

Renter agrees to report issues with the unit to management within 2 hours of check in – regarding cleaning or issues & not wait to report during the review process, with exception to emergency maintenance calls.

Quiet Hours are 10pm to 8am – if security is called to your unit, management may evict without refund.

Please Note: Towels & Linens are provided for you and your guests, IF you stain or damage the linens or towels, you agree to pay for each piece stained to be replaced.

IF any of our house rules are violated, renter agrees to forfeit the security deposit.
