Welcome to Happy Landings PCB, this 4 bedroom 3.5 bath house on the East end of Thomas Drive : Sleeps 12.
This 2 story home located on the east end of Panama City Beach offers guests plenty of space for everyone to spread out but close enough no one misses out on the fun.
The first level of this home offers a master suite, king bed, private bath & TV with private entrance from the bedroom.
Bedroom 2 offers a queen bed & tv. Bedroom 3 offers a full bed & twin /Twin bunk bed & tv.
There is a shared bathroom on level 1 that offers guests a tub/shower combo. The washer n dryer are located on the first level for guests to use.
Upstairs, you will find another master suite w/ Queen bed, private bath & tv.
The main level also offers a fully stocked kitchen, making meal prep a breeze. Spacious enough for everyone to all be together but not on top of one another.
The dining room offers a dining table with seating for 6 and additional seating for 4 at the bar.
This upper level also offers a covered balcony with seating area & outdoor dining space.
The backyard space, may be the best part of the house, offering a hot tub, sitting area, lounging area & hammock.

THINGS TO NOTE:

We provide a STARTER PACK only of amenities, just to get you through the first night, NOT for your entire stay.

Rental Agreement MUST be completed & Copy of driver's license MUST be sent to secure reservation; we will not send check in info till both are sent to management.

RENTER MUST BE 25 @ & MUST be present during the entire stay, we also do NOT allow 3rd party bookings.
All persons in the party must be 25 & older to book this property. Unless they are under the age of 18 & accompanied by an adult 25 or older.

No unregistered guests allowed in the property; violation of this rule will result in immediate eviction with no refunds given. We DO NOT allow extra guests - including children under 2 years of age, we count heartbeats - and only allow the number of occupants, that the unit sleeps – NO EXCEPTIONS WILL BE MADE.

NO SMOKING - IF any signs of smoking are documented, the renter agrees to pay a $300.00 fine.

Check out time is 10 AM: if you are not out of the unit by 10:15 am, you agree to be charged 50.00 per half hour until all guests have completely vacated the unit.

Check in time is 4 PM: we DO NOT allow early check in during prime season. Guests are NOT allowed on property until 4pm OR until they receive the door code from our office, whichever comes first.

Renter agrees to report issues with the unit to management within 2 hours of check in – regarding cleaning or issues & not wait to report during the review process, with exception to emergency maintenance calls.

Quiet Hours are 10pm to 8am – if security is called to your unit, management may evict without refund.

Please Note: Towels & Linens are provided for you and your guests, IF you stain or damage the linens or towels, you agree to pay for each piece stained to be replaced.

IF any of our house rules are violated, renter agrees to forfeit the security deposit.

Parking: Max 3 vehicles per stay.

The driveway offers space for 3 standard sized vehicles, please do not park on the grass or on the street.

RING CAMERA NOTICE: For your protection & ours, we have a ring camera on the front door which records audio and video of the entrance. Do NOT tamper with or cover the camera. If you cover or tamper with the camera - you could be evicted & no refunds will be given.

This property is NOT pet friendly. Please note: if any evidence of a pet is found OR if we find an unauthorized pet in the property, we will evict you immediately without refund and/or charge a fine of $500.00.
