Our Serenity 2 Bed, 2 bath: sleeps 6 @ Edgewater beach resort

Welcome to " Our Serenity" @ , this 2nd floor villa is located in and offers 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, sleeps 6. Master bedroom offers a King bed, private attached shower tub combo. & Tv. Bedroom 2 offers 2 Queen beds, tv, and attached bath with shower/tub combo. Spacious living room and tv and view of one of the lakes on property with water feature. One of the villa pools is steps away from the front balcony. Less than a 10-minute walk to the beach side or call the tram for a ride anywhere around the resort. Kitchen is stocked with everything you will need for meals inside the condo, making meal prep a breeze. Plenty of seating at the table or extra seating at the bar area. Large spacious living room with a Queen Sofa sleeper. Full size washer and dryer located in the laundry room.

The beach and all amenities are within walking distance (10 min or less walk to the beach) or a short rider in the complimentary tram service.

Beach side, you'll find a spectacular Lagoon Pool, 11 pools, and 4 Hot tubs. Take a break at Ocean's Bar & Grill, Paradise Pizza, Blender's Poolside Bar, or at Edgie's Corner Market, featuring Starbucks, Ice Cream Parlor & Bakery. Take a break from the beach and spend some family time at the Arcade, Splash Pad, or Sky Trail Rope Course. Pamper yourself at the Spa & Beauty Salon. If sports and fitness are your passion, you can enjoy a round of golf on the Par 3 Executive 9-hole Golf Course, a game of tennis, or play some basketball. The club offers a great workout at the fitness center, and the Pro Shop has everything you need for equipment. Additional fees for Golf, weight room, and tennis from the resort. Check with the pro shop on details and pricing.
Tram service will take you from your villa to the beach & gulf side. The tram runs from 9am till 10pm, during prime season and is free to use, just call them for a pickup OR walk over to the gulf side, it's a short walk. Tram will NOT be running from November thru March.
There are taxis and uber to take you around the beach, if needed.

Please note prior to booking there is a 25-age requirement to book at this resort & this condo. Person who books must be 25 at the time of booking & present during the entire stay. This is strictly enforced. A signed rental agreement & a copy of your driver's license will be requested and sent after booking. We do not allow 3rd party bookings. Failure to meet minimum age requirement upon check in guest will be evicted and will not be refunded for the stay. Rental Agreement & Driver's license must be sent back within 48 hours of booking to secure your reservation. If no signed rental agreement & driver's license is sent back within 48 hours guests forfeit reservation & will not be refunded.

This property does not allow Spring Breakers under 25 years of age. Absolutely no exceptions.

RING CAMERA NOTICE: For your protection & ours, we have a ring camera on the front door which records audio and video of the entrance. Do NOT tamper with or cover the camera. If you cover or tamper with the camera - you could be evicted & no refunds will be given.

No unregistered guests allowed in the property; violation of this rule will result in immediate eviction with no refunds given. We do not allow extra guests - including children of any age, we count heartbeats - and only allow the number of occupants, that the unit sleeps. This condo sleeps 6 people max. No exceptions.

Two vehicles max. No more than 2 vehicles are allowed for this condo no exceptions. Two parking passes are already included in your booking total. Anchors Away Rentals provides guests 6 wristbands for this unit. If any are missing or damaged during the checkout inspection, you will be responsible for replacing those.

Please note we only provide a starter pack of Amenities, just to get you through the first night. We do not provide amenities for your entire stay.

Check in is 4pm central on the day of arrival & checkout is 10am central on the day of departure. We do not allow early check ins. By booking guest agrees to wait to go to the property until the 4pm check in time or when you have been told by the office that the unit is ready.
Failure to check out by 10am will result in additional charges. Check out time is 10 AM: if you are not out of the unit by 10:15 am, you agree to be charged 50.00 per half hour until all guests have completely vacated the unit.

Quiet Hours are 10pm to 8am – if security is called to your unit, management may evict without refund.

This is a nonsmoking unit. Evidence otherwise will result in a $300 fine & possible eviction without refund.

Failure to take out trash or excessive cleans caused from guest's additional charges will apply. The management company will have the right to charge the guest between $150.00- $300.00 for failing to abide by this rule.

This property & unit are not pet friendly. Please note if we find an authorized pet in the home, you will be evicted without refund. If evidence of a pet is found at checkout, you will be fined a charge of $500.

Some amenities like golf, weight room, tennis etc. have an additional charge, please check with the pro shop for pricing. Those amenities are not included with this rental.

Tram service will take you from your villa to the beach & gulf side. The tram runs from 9am till 10pm, during prime season and is free to use, just call them for a pickup or walk over to the gulf side, it's a short walk. The tram will not be running from November thru March. No outside golf carts or scooters are allowed within the resort.
