Welcome to " Good Vibes Only" @ , this 2nd floor villa is located in and offers 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, sleeps 8. Master bedroom offers a King bed, private attached walk-in shower & tv. Bedroom 2 offers 2 Queen beds, tv, and attached bath with shower/tub combo. Spacious living room and tv and view of one of the lakes on property with water feature. One of the villa pools is steps away from the front balcony. Less than a 10-minute walk to the beach side or call the tram for a ride anywhere around the resort. Kitchen is stocked with everything you will need for meals inside the condo, making meal prep a breeze. Plenty of seating at the table or extra seating at the bar area. Large spacious living room with a Queen Sofa sleeper. Full size washer and dryer located in the laundry room.

The beach and all amenities are within walking distance (10 min or less walk to the beach) or a short rider in the complimentary tram service.

Beach side, you'll find a spectacular Lagoon Pool, 11 pools, and 4 Hot tubs. Take a break at Ocean's Bar & Grill, Paradise Pizza, Blender's Poolside Bar, or at Edgie's Corner Market, featuring Starbucks, Ice Cream Parlor & Bakery. Take a break from the beach and spend some family time at the Arcade, Splash Pad, or Sky Trail Rope Course. Pamper yourself at the Spa & Beauty Salon. If sports and fitness are your passion, you can enjoy a round of golf on the Par 3 Executive 9-hole Golf Course, a game of tennis, or play some basketball. The club offers a great workout at the fitness center, and the Pro Shop has everything you need for equipment. Additional fees for Golf, weight room, and tennis from the resort. Please note prior to booking there is a 25-age requirement to book at this resort & this condo. Person who books must be 25 at the time of booking & present during the entire stay. This is strictly enforced. A signed rental agreement & a copy of your driver's license will be requested and sent after booking. We do not allow 3rd party bookings. Failure to meet minimum age requirement upon check in guest will be evicted and will not be refunded for the stay. Rental Agreement & Driver's license must be sent back within 48 hours of booking to secure your reservation.

This is a nonsmoking unit. Evidence otherwise will result in a $300 fine & possible eviction without refund.

Two vehicles max. No more than 2 vehicles allowed no exceptions. Two parking passes of $80.00 plus tax are included in the booking breakdown. Wristbands are required to be worn on property by the resort. Those will be provided for you. If any are lost or damaged upon inspection of your checkout you will be responsible for replacing them.

This property & unit are not pet friendly. Please note if we find an authorized pet in the home, you will be evicted without refund. If evidence of a pet is found at checkout, you will be fined a charge of $300.

Edgewater offers on site: Starbucks, Island Pizza, Tiki Bar, Ocean's Restaurant which will also deliver to your villa, an air brush shop & Edgie's store. Golf, Tennis & Gym can be used for additional fees, please contact the pro shop for pricing

The resort offers 11 pools, 4 Jacuzzis, a shuffleboard court, 6 tennis courts, 9 holes of golf and endless Florida Sunsets. Enjoy parasailing, jet skiing, tennis, golf, weightlifting, beach yoga or a soothing body wrap.

Tram service will take you from your villa to the beach & gulf side. The tram runs from 9am till 10pm, during prime season and is free to use, just call them for a pickup OR walk over to the gulf side, it's a short walk. Tram will NOT be running from November thru March.
There are taxis and uber to take you around the beach, if needed.
This property is NOT pet friendly. Please note: if any evidence of a pet is found OR if we find an unauthorized pet in the property, we will evict you immediately without refund and/or charge a fine of $500.00.
