Create unforgettable memories in this beautifully decorated townhouse, located in the lovely Windsor Palms Resort, just minutes from Disney Parks and Universal. This relaxing home includes a private screened-in patio, pool, two tastefully decorated adult bedrooms with king-size beds, and a Disney-themed kid's room fitted with a triple bunk bed and a queen bed. Resort amenities include an Olympic-size pool, kids splash pad, hot tub, Tiki Bar, arcade, fitness center, and much more!
This townhouse can comfortably accommodate a party of 9. There are two bedrooms upstairs, and one bedroom on the ground floor. The ground floor has a spacious, open layout with a full kitchen and living area. Stepping outside the back door leads into the private, screened-in patio and pool area. The front door is secured by an electronic deadbolt lock, for which a unique access code is provided to each guest. Once inside the front gate of the resort, it's a stress-free, self-check-in process.
The main bedroom is located on the second floor. It has a king-sized bed that comfortably sleeps 2, along with plenty of clothing storage between a large wooden dresser, two nightstands, and a large closet. Extra outlets and USB plugins are located alongside the bed, atop the two nightstands. On the wall is a mounted TV, perfectly situated for viewing from the bed. There is a private, attached bathroom that features a shower/tub combination. This bathroom is only accessible from the bedroom.
The upstairs guest bedroom has a queen-sized bed and a triple bunk bed, designed with kids in mind. This room can sleep a total of 5 guests and boasts a large, mounted TV located in the center of the wall so that all guests can view it. The private, attached bathroom has a shower/tub combination and is only accessible from the bedroom.
A washing machine and dryer are located on the second floor, between the two upstairs bedrooms.
On the ground floor, near the front entrance is the final bedroom. This bedroom has a king-size bed along with an attached bathroom. There is a shower in the ground floor bathroom, with no tub. The bathroom has an additional entry from the common area, so it functions as the shared, ground-floor bathroom.
The kitchen is fully equipped with all major and small appliances, including a refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, and microwave. The coffee maker is a Keurig that can handle K-cups as well as standard coffee. Cookware, utensils, and table service are all included. The open design of the kitchen flows seamlessly into the living room.
Stepping into the living room, you're met with a dining table ideal for enjoying a quick bite to eat before heading to the parks. After the day is over, enjoy relaxing on one of the two comfortable couches while being entertained by the enormous 75" smart TV mounted on the wall, which is easily viewable even from the kitchen.
During your stay, you'll have access to complimentary Wi-Fi with speeds of over 300 Mbps. The TVs in this townhouse are all equipped with both TiVo cable boxes as well as Roku streaming devices. Our Roku streaming devices are set up with guest mode enabled, so you can use all your favorite streaming platforms with full confidence that your information will be safely deleted after you depart. Located throughout the townhouse, and on either side of the beds, there are extra electrical outlets complete with standard and USB plugins, perfect for charging phones, laptops, and any other personal electronic devices.
When you're ready to cool off in the Florida sun, there's a private pool right outside the back sliding glass door. Easily watch the kids swimming from the comfort of the living room or kitchen. The pool area has seating as well as a child safety fence that can be set up within seconds.

What an incredible place to stay. The townhouse has everything you could ever want and is very comfortable. Jan and Corey have done an absolute beautiful job in setting up their place for all of us to enjoy. Windsor Palms is centrally located to all the attraction. The Resort grounds are well maintained in this gated community with 24 hour security. You can enjoy the large salt water community pool or splash around in your own pool. We recently stayed here for our family's Disney trip and found the townhouse to be a great fit. We had looked at a few on-property resorts, but with 4 young children (all under 10) the options were quite limited. Jan and Corey were super timely with the booking details and pre-stay communications, and answered all of our questions so well. We were pleased with the overall condition of the townhouse and would definitely recommend it to other families looking for some space to feel at home while away.

Where do we even begin to start. First off dealing with Jan has been an absolutely pleasure, clear time communications with any questions or concerns answered. My wife and I have come to Windsor Palms 4 or 5 times with family and although this year it was just the two of us we absolutely loved being in Jan’s place. The place was very roomy with enough beds to accommodate 9 people and it also had a bed chesterfield. The unit itself had every amenity you could possibly want. The bed was extremely comfortable. Everyday we would head down to the big salt water resort pool for a few hours then back to our unit and venture out for a few hours. We would often swim in the smaller unit pool especially late at night as it was heated to the perfect temperature, it was great. This is the place to stay! This rental truly felt like a home away from home. It was a short drive to countless restaurants and shopping...location is perfect! If you're going to Disney, you'll only be a 15-20 drive from all the parks. The entire home was soo clean and well kept.

What a great value for vacationing in or around Kissimmee! You're less than a 15 minute drive to any of the Disney World Park entrances. The townhouse is warm and inviting and definitely puts you in the mood to enjoy your time at Disney. After a long day at the parks you can sit and relax in the pool or take a break from the heat and cool off. Would highly recommend staying here for anyone looking for a home away from home. Was really impressed with the fun themes throughout the townhouse, especially the spot to leave your name on the staircase heading upstairs, so cute! Checking in and out of this gated community was super easy too!Our family will definitely be staying here anytime we vacation to the Kissimmee/Orlando area!

If you find yourself on this vacation rental page, do yourself a favor, don’t delay and book this Princess Palm townhome, an exceptional home away from home for your Disney stay. When I arrived I was surprised at the spaciousness of the kitchen and living area which was larger than pictured. My granddaughter was immediately thrilled saying it was so much better than staying at Disney hotels as she excitedly pointed out the Mickey toaster, 3 level bunk beds and the Mickey soap dispenser. The neighborhood is lovely and quiet day and night (as is the townhome I stayed downstairs and couldn’t hear those upstairs) it is such a convenient fun feature to have the backyard pool and only a short walk down street to the beautiful large neighborhood pool which even has lap lanes. Parking in driveway and the other spaces are only a few units away. Everything you need is close by and a very short easy drive to and from Disney. A few days we left at different times and getting an Uber home was easy and economical. I slept in the downstairs king which was so comfortable that I checked the brands of sheets, mattresses and pillows. Jan and Corey have thought of everything you could possibly need or want and have instructions for the home and lots of information on the area. They provide a well appointed unit but also so many fun extras for the whole family. Having owned beach vacation rentals for many years I am very discerning and this unit exceeded all my expectations, have reset my bar, and will always be my Disney home in the future. On day two of our family’s Disney vacation my six year old asked me, “Can we go back to our condo? I miss it there.” That’s my way of saying that this spot is such a perfect place to call home while visiting the Disney parks. It has everything you need plus a few luxuries. Both the personal pool and the clubhouse pool were fantastic! All of the Disney, decorations and touches bring the place such a spirit of fun. It was immaculate and had everything we needed. Perfect getaway for me and my fiancé! The townhouse felt cozy and private, ideal for some relaxing downtime between our daytime adventures. The unit was super clean and the kitchen was supplied with everything you need to prepare meals when dining in. It is great location to Disney as well as our go-to restaurant – Bahama Breeze! There is a screened in private pool that we were able to enjoy after a long day at the park. The living room has a huge smart tv and the furnishings were new. All beds are very comfortable. It is in a gated community, so the neighborhood felt very safe. The community pool area with Tiki Bar and hot tub are a bonus when we wanted to spend the day relaxing poolside, along with a kids splash pad. It also had a movie room, a small convenience store, a full-service bar and even served ice cream for the kids. This place has all the amenities with a Disney theme, and we will definitely be back!

This place is in a quiet gated community. We enjoyed the large living area and comfortable beds. There is plenty of space for a large family or group. The pool was clean and warm. The owner was quick to respond to our questions. It is near the community pool/community center. I highly recommend this place to anyone wanting a great place near Disney and other attractions.
